Dahme'dre has been observing the operation of the ship, and takes control of the craft, detaining Goran in the back once again, at least for the moment. She dons the mask and, holding to the guidance of her patron, she takes the seat.
Mondra'goran climbs into the folds of her dress to hide, not from any inspection, but at the prospect of his master taking control of this vessel with little opportunity to learn it.
Would you like to be introduced... Your Excellency? She directs the question to Ashe's thoughts.
Yes, if you could my dear Dee. My name is Lady Bixsnow. She's a bit of a pain if you couldn't tell by my expression. Hopefully, we can simply scoff our way off this boat!

As Ashe takes the form of Lady Bixsnow, she becomes about half a foot taller and a little more full. Meanwhile, her hair seems to shape itself into a complex braid of silver hair, and tattoos seem to paint themselves onto her body as her skin changes from a light purple to blueish white. Her dress, however, is unchanged and much tighter than it was before.
As Dahme’dre places the mask on, she too feels that same pressure that Alijurn felt when wearing the mask. It silently looms behind you, yet you feel that this arcane presence is dwarfed by the divine presence of your patron. However, it is a similar feeling nonetheless.
With that, as you land, the inspectors non-aggressively knock on the window for Dahme’dre to open the doors.

Dahme'dre opens the window, "Good day. This vessel carries the distinguished Lady Bixsnow, as well as her personal effects." She says clearly to be heard by these inspectors as well as the occupants within, but she goes on more quietly and conspiritorially. "She's in an uncommon mood today. We encountered an Astral Storm which has waylaid us much too long. It may be in your best interest, and certainly would be in mine, if this could be made swift." She says thid as she places 4 gold coins on the sill.
Lady Bixsnow walks up and gestures the disguised Alijurn to follow her. She spots the guards and looks down at them. "If you would kindly excuse me, I am late. I trust you can handle a simple inspection without my watchful eye. Should I find my ship in ruins, it will be your heads... With me."She nods to Dee and Alijurn before narrowing her eyes at the guards. She attempts to walk past them, hoping they won't bother to stop her.

The inspector, a portly fellow with a small, yet very waxed curling mustache, slides the coins toward himself and nods. He holds out a hand signaling for Ashe to stop, “Lady Bixsnow, that won’t be necessary. Please ‘ave a lovely evenin’.” He tips his cap and signals for you all to move along.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lady Bixsnow doesn't bother to acknowledge any of this. She keeps walking, and when the coast is clear she will look around and see if there is a safe way to leave without being stopped by too many more guards.

Having successfully bribed the inspector, you continue on to dock in the city. The ship lands in a moderately empty station, lest you be seen by too many people. With that, you’ve arrived in Sayer’s Rest, the bizarre of I’lar. Despite this place being a relatively small city, the market actually seems somewhat busy, especially considering the circumstances. There are people of all kinds moving about the stores and stalls. Tieflings, Genasi, some shortfolk, and you’re pretty sure you even saw a lizard-like creature. Stores seem to advertise everything from magical trinkets to places to stay for the night, it should do nicely as a place to hide for now.

As Dahme'dre pulls away she only scrapes the paint a little and Mondra'goran trembles in her skirt. She removes the mask and glowers at it as she tucks it into her bag again.
"What do you think?" She asks, "straight to the scene of the crime or should we be cautious and make preparations?" Her eyes sparkle with excitement.
Alijurn walks behind "the lady" until they are safe out of view before he tears his mask of and kicks it into the gutter. "We are going to be cautious. I will not let my good name be sullied anymore."
(Does Alijurn have any contacts in the town guard? Or local bodyguards that might know anything?)

Once they are out of view and for as long as Ashe has the alter self spell up, she will change again to just look like a human girl. "Cautious seems good. I don't have a disguise quite yet. I think it would be good for us to find a more permanent place to adjust our appearances..."
(Any magical item shops that come to Ashe's mind? Also, I could use a long rest... I think I am either out of spell slots or just have 1 left. I'll be double checking soon.)

The fellow bodyguards assigned to the governor come to mind. However, given the circumstances, that may not be the best idea.

This is actually your first time in Sayer’s Rest. It was far too busy during the actual festival for you to visit, so now should be a wonderful time to do so. If you’d like to look around, you’re welcome to.

Alijurn picks up the mask he just ripped off, up from the ground and puts it on again. "Right we want to cover our faces. This whole covert thing is new to me... Where to?"
"We'll stick out like a sore thumb in a back alley tavern, and patrons in the aristocratic areas have nothing better to do with their time than spread rumors. We should look for a place that services business types. Somewhere that charges too much, but keeps things clean." Once they are out of sight Dahme'dre, like Ashe, tries for a simple disguise. She folds a handkerchief and wraps her head at an angle covering one eye as if it were wounded or lost. Mondra'goran slips up under her raised hood out of sight to keep from drawing attention to himself but also keeping a blind eye out for danger.
Ashe will duck into an alleyway at some point before the spell ends and sigh deeply as she breaks off dark purple tulle from the underskirt of her dress. "Lucky we aren't heading into high society. This would simply be ghastly to wear. Any lady could easily spot it for a fake."The drow wears the tulle as a face veil tightly secured around her face from the nose down. "If it comes to it, I can alter my appearance one final time, though it would put me out of commission on spells for the day, of course."
With that, Ashe is ready to go looking for exactly the sort of place Dahme'dre has suggested. "This is my first time in this district. I would say we ask for some recommendations, but of course, this creates a trail back to us once our disappearance is made known to the city at large..."
