Brumdal thinks about the situation. Either close the distance and engage hand-to-hand, or keep this a ranged weapon fight. Given that the rest of the party, except for the dragonborn, has shown great skill at mowing the enemy down from a distance, Brumdal makes his choice, hefts a second javelin, and hurls it at the biggest standing hobgoblin.
@Pagan, your shoto attack was a miss and your unarmed strike was a criticalmiss.
Pagan's unarmed punch hits Lucky square in the shield with a loud reverberating gong sound. Pagan stifles a cry of pain realizing his Iron Fist is no match for an Iron Shield.

Your javelin attack will be at disadvantage because of range. The weapons range is 30/120, which means you attack normally up to 30 feet and then with disadvantage up to 120 feet. Beyond 120 is always a miss. The closest hobgoblin is 35 feet away. (Each square on the map is 5 feet.)
So you could step into the room a square or two depending on who you target to overcome that.
Also the restrained hobgoblins grant you advantage on the attack roll, so if you stay where you are that would offset your disadvantage and just make the attack normal. If you moved into the room, there would be nothing to offset, so you would get the advantage.

I liked it better if he, Three Stooges style, punches his junk.
I think regardless of the answer Pagan will charge ahead once again to the closest living target and stab them with his Shoto- followed by a quick barehand strike.
Pagan leaps over the corpses of Lucky and the female Hobgoblin Markas downed and turns his wrath upon the next closest foe. "Arawn na-hungrui," he shouts! His Shoto gleams in the torchlight as he strikes his enemy.

@Brumdal, it is your turn.

Pagan looks from Javon to the fallen Hobgoblin and back to Javon again incredulously. Maybe "Jerry Shakespeare" isn't so bad after all.
He looks down at the Hobgoblin. "Bad Lucky," he says.
Pagan feels his wounds closing and vitality restored at the Elf's touch. He faces toward her and bows respectfully. "Nin Híril," he says.
(Translation for those who speak Elvish: "My Lady.")

Next time duck...
So many variables to account for - Brumdal will step into the room, and then throw his javelin once he is in ideal range.
I assumed you would probably want to do that, but wanted you to know the options.

@Pagan, you’re up!
How many are left? And entangled?

5 total of which 2 are restrained.
The two restrained are healthy.
Two that aren’t are bloodied. The biggest who is also not restrained has taken no damage.
