Did you say that the loud room had 2 sets of doors that entered it? Is there another set of doors leading to that room? If not I will make my way into the nicer hallway and attempt to open one of the doors I did not open before (assuming it is quiet)

You crack the door open a bit and the smell hits you first, hanging over this chamber is a filthy odor, reminiscent of wet dog. Before you, a three-foot tall ebony statue carved into the likeness of a hyena-headed monster stands atop a dark altar, which is inscribed with strange, runic lettering and etched with scenes of battle. Besides the statue, the chamber is filled with many dirty cots, and a bunch of rowdy gnolls.
"welp I think I found whoever stole the items.... " Dice will think to himself. He will attempt to scan the room quickly before closing the door again to see if he can spot any of the items that were stolen from the village sitting among the Gnolls...
Does Dice think that these are nice happy gnolls... just here for the tournament... or do they appear like they are a raiding party crashing in this room just chilling and waiting for their new orders...

Dice is going to cast mage hand and knock the statue off the alter and then immediately cast charm person on whichever gnoll is closest to one of the doors that would lead into the hallway Dice is currently standing in... If it works, he will use telepathy to ask him to sneak out the door quickly while the other gnolls are distracted by the statue falling over and then we would both run upstairs to Brigits room where they can interrogate the gnoll while he is still charmed....
***Let me know what I need to roll or how that goes...***
