You see she is wearing chainmail armor under her clothes and wears some sort of religious symbol around her neck. You recognize the symbol, it was on the cloak that you stole the healing potion from.

His hand looks normal, although his wrists and knuckles have slightly weird grey hairs coming out of them that don't match the rest of his hair.
"You may begin whenever you are ready." says the attendant. And you see the other tables get set up, as a few attendants find places to stand to keep an eye on the tables.
In front of you on the table are three hooded slots for you to place your dice in, so they are hidden from your opponent until you reveal them. You have 9 dice ready to go in front of you. Medifir picks up 3 dice and says, "Are you ready?"
So for round 1 roll 3 separate d6, you're looking mostly for pairs or triplets of even numbers, 1s are bad. I'll give you your total, and you can just add a flat +2 to it cause you're experienced.
If you want to try to change a die to a different value ill let you roll your sleight of hand + extra 2 to try to do it undetected. You'd be rolling against you opponents perception as well as the judge if they're looking your way. (if you can cause some kind of subtle distraction ill give them disadvantage)
each round you can bet (you both start with 10gold)
