When Karl and Nif were on the roof of the barracks and looking over, they did not see another way in from the east. You've seen the south, and there isn't. The cabin's on the west. That leaves the north. Is Nif going or staying?
I'm going to say this is a one-round deliberation. During this round, Adrom reaches down and casts cure wounds on Daran. Nothing happens. Daran's dead. Dead dead.
Realizing tghat the cleric is gone Adrom closes his eyes and ask Moradin to take his soul to his God.
"Lads, I really think we should reconsider this before this take more lives. " he says with sadness in his voice " We should take him and bury him... "
After giving Daran a long look, Vondal shook his head. "I... am with uncle."He looks up to Adrom. "Not because of challenge. But because it is too late either way. We have trespassed, and I know of no dragon that would not seek to hunt us should we flee now. In open air, it is at most dangerous. At least here we have chance." His expression hardens. "If you wish run, I vill not fault you. But I choose to fight."With that, the Hill Dwarf looks to Adrom, giving him an affirmative nod to open the door as he readies once more to cast a spell.

“Ok let’s don’t make his death a vain one and get rid of that oversized green lizard! Don’t get breath on and don’t be eaten” says Adrom reading his weapons
Adrom shoulders by Karl and throws open the door with the confidence of a dwarf with a god on his side. He aims his hammer at the green dragon — which is perhaps smaller than he expected — and a bolt of holy light arcs toward the creature. At the last second, the dragon's neck snaps out of the way, and the bolt hits the stone wall of the tower instead. Feeling a little cheated, he spins around to put his back against the wall beside the door, still on the cottage side.
Nif, you're up. The map is still good, but Adrom is now above Karl instead of to his left. Also, the door is open, and the dragon is in the same place.

Nif will move to E3 close his eyes and take a deep breath. As he does so, he grows in size using his innate duergar magic. He then uses his cunning action to hide using the corner of the wall.
Vondal clicks his tongue. "If you won't embrace the light of Moradin, than perhaps something more arcane!"He declared, and after clearing his throat, stared hard at the dragon. "... You know what.. this would be good time to make long, bad lizard joke I think... But I don't want to let it drag-on." The joke is accompanied by a wink and jazz hands, as subtle magics are woven into the words.
If it should take, Vondal races around and into the room, positioning himself to give the dragon a most righteous pummeling. If not, well, he mutters a "shite", followed by a curt, "Spreading out!"before sprinting back outside and around the corner to forestall another wave of noxious breath catching him full in the face again.
Action: Cast (1st level)Dad Jokes on the Green Dragon. Wisdom Save (DC 12), or fall prone and become incapacitated. Can make save again at end of its turn, or if hit.
Movement: If Spell Succeeds, moving to 5-J. If Spell Fails, moving to 6-E.

Nif, you grow another couple feet taller, not able to double in height due to the cottage's ceiling height. However, you grow outward less proportionally and are HEAVY now and a large creature, which means you take up a 10x10 space, so you can't get in the corner since Adrom is in E3. You're in C2 to D3. Also, you won't fit through any of the doors. And as big as you are, it's pretty much impossible to hide.
DM rollz:
WIS save: 16; 4
At the completion of the joke, the dragon does not laugh; it glares. Vondal promptly exits the cottage through the front door.
The dragon steps forward and attacks Karl through the doorway. Its head snakes out and attempts to bite him and then it swipes at him with both clawed hands. "It's nice of you to come for dinner," it hisses. "I'm tired of spiders." (bite attack: 14, damage: 17 piercing damage + 4/2=7 poison damage; claw attack #1: 17, damage: 10 slashing damage; claw attack #2: 14, damage: 11 slashing damage)
Karl grins as the creature approaches. This is the battle he's been waiting for. However, the creature's speed catches the barbarian by surprise. The jaws full of teeth are clamped down on his shoulder and the side of his neck before he can even move. The teeth bury deep, drawing a gush of blood. He can also feel poison entering his screaming veins. His dwarven physiology fights off the full effects, but he can't fight it all. Not quite out of it, he's able to raise his shield to block the first swipe of the dragon's claws. But the second swipe is another surprise. It rakes across his belly, spilling even more blood. The two attacks are just too much, and Karl collapses to the floor unconscious and bleeding profusely. The dragon's tongue slides across his scaly lips. "Yum."
A small note about the map: I don't know where I got the idea that the dragon would take up two squares instead of four, but I've fixed it.
Karl, roll a death saving throw. If you roll a 20, you gain 1 hp back and can take your turn. Otherwise, I get to do something else at the top of the next round.

Death saving throw = 10
As Karl goes down those standing near him hear him whisper in a pain filled voice"I tried Ma and Pops but I wasn't good enough! I'm a failure like Da!"
After licking its lips, the dragon looks at the giant Nif and chuckles. A green-tinted fog appears around the rogue's feet and quickly envelopes him. He can feel something attempt to alter his mind, but his duergar brain fights it off. As the fog dissipates, and Nif appears none the worse for wear, the dragon growls in anger.

Okey doke, here's your map (the dragon is where Karl saw it before he closed the door):
And here's the order:
Round 3: Adrom (24/34), Nif (21/31), Vondal (12/33), dragon, Karl (43/53)
Adrom, you're up!
Karl looks at Adrom and gives him a nudge "Oi get your head up there's an overgrown lizard that needs killing?"

( Why I am not getting notifications for this until today? I waer you guys I check the forums every day! :( )
Adrom shrughs his shoulders
"Well, I guess there is no time to lose then... Let's see if Moradin wants to soften him for us.. "
He then opens the door and as soon as he sees the dragon he point at it with his hammer and a beam of white-red light launches towards the dragon.
( Open the door and cast Guiding bolt on it then stay on E3 to let the boys do their thing..
Attack: 17 Damage: 16
on a hit next attack has advantage. )
