Sayre continues to yell "help and fire" during the interim period.
Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
As Sayre yells she notices a few villagers nearby gasp and go running towards the center of town as black smoke rolls out of the inn and rises high into the sky.

Just not caring about anything upstairs and wanting out of the smoke and fire. Fumbling down the stairs to get a lung full of clean air, "I didn't do it this time! Not my fire!" Coughs, and glares at snake man. "Slit that man throat and help put out the flames. We can't keep a mage imprisoned, he will only hurt more people." Starts going out for anything to start soaking the house before it is all lost.
-Lorarila manages to make it to the first floor unharmed.
-Grin remains unconscious and very near death....
-As the three eagles continue to circle overhead, Eagle 3 swoops down and helps distract the wolf next to Thimbol as Eagle 1 attempts to grapple the wolf and lift him up into the air with its powerful talons.
Eagle 1 strength check with advantage 11 VS wolf dex check to aviod being grabbed 21
The large eagle manages to grab the wolf by the scruff of the neck and lift it high into the sky as it flies east towards the black oak forest.
***Thimbol please roll an AOO against eagle 1 if you wish.***
Eagle 4 will then swoop down and burst through the front window of the Inn taking 4 before attempting to lash out at Lorarila with its beak and claws

****Both of those hit unless Lorarila does something to prevent it***
(After Thimbol provides his AOO and I hear if Lorarila does anything to avoid the bird attack it will be the top of the round)
As the bird crashes through the window, Blitzen makes his way up the stairs from the basement holding two large barrels of beer under his arms. "Quick! Use these to help put out the flames!!!" The dragonborn will say rolling the kegs towards the center of the room.
Aoo: Attack: 12 Damage: 5
Lorarila will reaction, Shield spell. Her AC is now 21.
(Lorarila going to chase her Wolf. No one takes her pets.)
(They're mine! Wake up the sleeping one and put fires out.)
(Save it and you will earn a reward from Lorarila. Her pets are precious.)

Sayre uses a dash action to leave the upstairs and get beer to put out the fire. Whatever she can achieve in that tine frame, movement, and action which I think it only dash.

***Whoever wakes the wolf can instruct instruct it for the fight
I will say you can dash and get beer but not start actually extinguishing the flames this turn because you dashed.

***Sorry for delay, ran out of time to post this morning and just got back home and am in a position to post. ***
The female druid that currently appears to be much more serpent-like then she did earlier will will flick her wrists... and in doing so you see her fingernails sharpen and grow before she lunges at Thimbol with razor sharp teeth and claws.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
The druid swings wildly with her clawed hands, sending small droplets of acid spraying up side of the inn and sizzling away at the wood and stone as her strikes just barley miss the nimble halfling.
The wolf in the common room toots again... and a small smile spreads across the face of the sleeping wolf... The wolf in his dream thinks he tooted and no one noticed... but people noticed... because it definitely stinks..

That is correct and I am dumb.. and if you happen to wake the wolf on your turn some how he wont toot... :D
Seeing the eagle come down to take his wolf, that is now Lorarila's 😑, Thimbol would swipe at the winged beast only to end up missing. He'd want to pursue the eagle, but is suddenly put on the defensive by the druids attack narrowly missing.
"Bring back the wolf and your death will be swift."
Another dagger would find its way into the halflings hand as he steps forward with twin fury to stab and slash at his foe.
