By the time any early risers get down to the main floor, Navek is nowhere to be found. But his pack and maul laid by his usual seat/sleeping chair by the fire place. Nor was he anywhere around the house. But by the time folk should be making their way downstairs for an early breakfast, he walks in covered in sweat again, but already armored up and looking pretty awoke. One short clean-up he has hopefully convinced Sayre into allowing him to fill up a few vials with poison from the Alchemy Jug(the Identify ritual having been done the night before).
Otherwise, he keeps it corked with the stuff, and clarifies to the group the jug's 'actual' properties. At least that was his intent before Mo blurted out the one phrase he did not wish to here...

Good news. It wasn't a 1. Bad news...
The joints in Navek's hand audibly pops as he balls them into tight fist. He gritted his teeth behind closed lips, but that did little in masking the unadulterated anger in the man's eyes. Navek has raised his voice. Once. But not once since the group has met him have the seen such pure rage in his expression, or had to worry about the Goliath leaping over the table to strangle someone.
But then he lets out a long exhale from out of his nose, sets himself into an Ikari pose, and says while leveling a look of absolute fatherly disappointment at the rogue trio -- the worst of which was directed at Lora, "Tell me everything that happened, and do not lie to me. This is your only warning."

OOC: I honestly exptected Navek to have a rocky 4 training montage post leading up to him playing music outside of Payne's window from a boombox on his shoulder. I mean I can make a post if you wanted lol!
So as Mo, Thimbol, and Lorarila seem to head to bed early, Sayre and Navek take the two new recruits out to the riverbank where they are forced to run laps in their armor through the mud, getting used to handling themselves in different terrain wearing the heavy chainmail, while Navek and Sayre take turns either encouraging them or making fun of them depending on who's turn it was to be the bad guy. Once they are done running laps and covered in mud, they are taken to the end of the small dock behind the inn and where one of them duels against Sayre while the other with Navek. As you two take it easy on them and try to show them moves, you also make sure to have enough force behind your blows that Chip and Gus quickly learn that it is best to avoid getting hit if they don't want to be covered in thick bruises. The last piece of combat training for the day was when you both kicked the new recruits off the end of the dock and into the flowing river, tossing them ropes and helping them out of the water.. teaching them to be aware of their surroundings as well as the lesson that swimming in chainmail is hard. Now very wet but mud free, Navek and Sayre quickly give them a tutorial on how to take care of their armor and weapons to make sure they don't rust and give them a few words of encouragement and thank them for deciding to help protect the village. After allowing them to dry themselves by the fire in the inn and feeding them a nice meal, they agree to watch over the town while you all take care of the bloodscale camp the following day. As Chip and Gus lave the inn they make another quick patrol around the town, stoping at the church for a moment before heading home. When Sayre and Navek are alone lounging in the common room after the new recruits leave, they bust open a few kegs of ale and wine, drinking and trading stories for a bit before heading to bed.
(so if someone wants to make breakfast they can... get that going... )
Also, as Navek asks his question, there is a knock on the door. The interruption prompts Navek to cool just long enough to give one last angry look before answering the door. As the door opens he sees Payne flanked by Gus and Chip... all three are looking a little rougher this morning than the day before. "Hello Navek, you mind if we come in?She will say with a small smile before heading past the goliath, brushing against him ever so slightly... before making her way into the room and turning to face the group "I wanted to thank you all very much for everything you have already done for this town... and for saving me She will look over to Navek ..as well as the mayor... she will look to Thimbol.. twice...She say looking to the group. She will take a short pause and lock eyes with each of you before continuing, fliping her ponytail over her shoulder. I just wanted to let you all know that the town is behind you one hundred percent, and that if you need anything before you go... just let us know. I will work with these two new recruits and keep everything inline until you return. I also wanted to remind you all of the bounty on each of the bloodscales... so for each one you kill you will be rewarded... as well as larger rewards for any leaders and of course.. any of their property becomes your property once they have been dealt with.." A large grin spreads across her face. " Now unless you all have any information for me, I will leave you all to it.." The hobgoblin will say looking to the group, Chip and Gus still standing tall behind her.
Lorarila coming down the stairs in a plaid dressing gown that barely reaches her thighs, obviously one of Leadbelly's. (It's cute, so taking liberties) Glances at the door to the visitors and waves sleepily, Morning Payne, and Fresh Meat. Making breakfast, you want to join?" Goes to kitchen and attempts to cook. "We scouted the camp last night, it was better guarded then I liked. They have watch towers and two wolves per sentry. They also have a Kobold with a Dire wolf mount, that is a very dangerous addition. We need to get the wolves out of the picture or they will be a big issue. Mo found some poison berries, we might be able to poison then if we harvested some. That will take time and I don't know if we have enough to do enough damage. I honestly think we should focus on the Dire wolf, set a trap or ambush for just it."
Lorarila, you cannot help but notice that both Chip and Gus keep trying to steal glances at you when they don't think you are looking, and quickly turn away blushing when you look their direction.
Watching the obvious humans staring at her, and grinning as she keeps catching them. With a small cantrip, she casts Prestidigitation onto herself. She keeps a watch on them as the spells makes the front of her waist 'grow' into a large and familiar shape to the men. Smiling at them and giving them a waggle of eyebrows and a wink, wanting to see their reactions.
The men look at each other and then towards Lorarila.. "ma'm.. you need to stay absolutely still... We think you may have a snake hiding under your shirt... "they will pull out their maces and approach you very slowly, making sure not to spook the snake and cause it to bite the halfelf... both of them lifting their maces high above their heads as payne turns to look at them and then at Lorarila to see what on earth is going on.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sighing in annoyance and anger as her prank was ruined. She had hoped like some humans they couldn't judge elven sexes well, even if they could it should have made at least some fun. Dismissing the spell and glaring at them, "That was a joke you perverted Knuckleheads! Now get out of my kitchen before I set your snake on fire! Shoo! Get out!"
The will look at each other for a moment, putting away their maces before smiling at you and laughing a bit and making their way out towards the door, sneaking peaks at her again as the leave the kitchen and line up next to the door of the inn ready to leave when Payne is.
Glares at the brothers as they leave outside, "Animals!" Chuckles as soon as she can't see them, and brings the food to the table sliding Payne a plate. "Yes. Take Shiv out and the camp will be a headless snake, or pick off groups and we will weaken them. Either one will be hard, especially getting Shiv out of his camp but we can always find a way. I wish I had a few golems, like at school. They would walk in smash all trouble and walk out to help with manual labor." Taking two plates to the Troublesome Brothers outside, "Eat, it will make you grow where you need it the most."
Navek just couldn't hold on to it. Even as angry and disappointed as he was, seeing Payne first thing in the morning alive and well... it took just about everything just to wipe the growing smile on his face as his attention turned to the group. He further folded his arms across his chest and stands up straighter too. But it was more show than anything. When one of his occasional sidelong looks at Payne -- which were just to make sure she was really alright -- caused there eyes to meet, Navek had to stare and think for a moment before curtly nodding at her latest point.
"Your... welcome." He said before turning away, rubbing his throat. He spent so much time after just trying get sorted that he hardly paid any mind to the interaction between the twins and Lora, and only really caught snippets of the explanation of the eves happening. None of it involved having been discovered, so why get mad again? Its not until Lora yells that he stops one of his worried looks to squint at the young ones.
When Gus and Chip return they too are subjugated by weaker version of the stern dad stare. "As she said. Something good came out of a bit of impulsiveness. From the sounds of it, no alarms were raised, so you should be clear of any worry of a full scale attack any time soon. But... play it safe."He looks from Payne to the twins. "All of you. Hopefully by days end, we can put this whole mess behind us."Navek lets out a hearty chuckle and pats Payne's shoulders a few times. Realizing after he left it there for a moment too long, Navek removes it curtly, clears his throat behind it, and says, "Mm! I'm starving. --- You starving? Cause I know I am -- let's, um, mine as well have a seat... So where's my plate, little Lora?"He asks, forgetting his own early anger as he rushes to the kitchen if need be to grab his plate and start filling his mouth.
Because at this point, it has already gotten him into enough trouble. Probably.

Grinning and setting a plate in front of Navek, and giving his a tiny kiss on the cheek. "Feed the guests first, it's only polite. I have you extra, you and Mo need all the food you can get. "Gives Sayre a plate and kiss too. "You all rough and tough, I am so happy to have such powerful Defenders to keep me safe."
"Shiv will never come out first." Thimbol finally speaking up from the comfort of his chair. Chin on his chest and top hat tilted down to cover his face. Still rather tired from last nights escapade. "It was a worth while risk that paid off in the end, but it will be worthless if we don't do something about it now." Sitting up, the halfling pushing his hat back to finally catch the gaze of Navek.

Pick off those that investigate and then finish off the rest afterwards." she will say in between bites of food. "You could try to throw some of their cloaks on yourselves even... pretend you are returning back from investigating the disturbance.. then launch into your attack.." she will then turn and point a fork at Sayre... Maybe get you into one of those watch towers eh" wiping her face and pushing away from the table. "Thank you all for your hospitality, and whatever plan you decide to execute, I am sure you will be victorious.. "As she stands up and goes to walk past Navek, she will look as though she is going to put her hand on his shoulder but will instead place her strong crimson hand on the back of Navek's neck, moving her thumb just ever so slightly as though to give it the tiniest corress before removing the hand and continuing to the door. as she reaches to open it she will pause and look back one last time. "Try not to die alright?... Thimbol is right though.. you all need to strike quickly She say with a look of concern. A moment later she would then open the door and leave followed by Gus and Chip.
Yeah everyone got a long because I am nice :D
