Mo will say to the little kid, "Hey! you shouldn't be out here by yourself, you should have a buddy. If we hadn't just bashed all these fools up this place would be really dangerous. Come on back with us. And eat your vegetables. Stay in school. Don't do fantasy drugs."
"Really Mister! I can come!"Kip will quickly run over with his small limp and grab a corner of the large tarp so that he can help drag the bodies into town. "Wow you guys look like you are in pretty rough shape! When the older big guy came through earlier he wasn't hurt at all... He seemed awfully grumpy... not nearly as friendly as the last time I talked to him.." Kip will say with his head down a bit, kicking a small rock as he pulls on the tarp.
Sayre has been silently reflecting on the entire morning's events from the battle to Navek's odd disapproval of their victory. Entering town Sayre breaks off from the group but turns to Thimbol.
"I need the bag for Smoke's chest. Hopefully, it'll still be worth something to him," Sayre says holding out a hand for the bag. "We can go back to the camp and pick up the other things we left behind," she adds.
OOC: Sorry for the lack of posting guys, I feel slightly human again but not by much!

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
Thimbol clung to the wolf during the journey, a little wary of the beast as he was still reeling from the pain to his face. When Sayre asked for the bag he frowned slightly, then cringed from the pain from his wounds, but inevitably handed the bag over. "Two chests in there. One full of treasure, the other is Smokes..." The halfling offered.
(are any of you in double digits HP? You are all pretty darn injured right? Mo never used his ability to shrug off an attack so I think all of you are pretty rough but I could be wrong lol)
(I tried to paint this picture of a bunch of wounded warriors slowly making their way over the hill with the sun rising at their back as they made their triumphant return to town... not sure it worked though :P )
"He'll only get the one he's owed," Sayre replies. "We should take the other and buy some potions but I think it's been robbed from the townsfolk too," she adds taking the bag. "I'll see you guys back at the Inn," she adds before walking off from the group with the bag to Smoke's place.
OOC: I want Sayre to become an alchemist. Any way of getting gear/equipment to brew healing potions at Leadbelly's?
When Mo gets a chance he wants to go buy a Breastplate and a shield. He has learned the error of his ways after this fight and wants to try a new fighting style.
"Well, be save and boot the assistant at Smokes for me. Mo can you take the loot home? I was going to go and attempt to unruffle some of Navek's feathers. I don't want judgement and brooding for a week." Hesitantly, "And seeing him upset makes me sad. So I want to help, give Sayre the ring and necklace that is magic. Smoke may identify for us and we can put it to use."
Navek has to take another moment to ease the tension from his frame. "Mayor Higgins. Is he still recovering here? I have... good news in regards to the Blood Scales."Navek states solemnly before raising a hand for a halting motion. "If he is not, you need not disturb him. And if he's not here anymore... Just let him know that the problem has been dealt with for the time being. And that he has the young'uns to thank for that... Tell him also that I'm sorry. But..."Navek had trailed off there shaking his head.
"They'll be back soon and rather injured. Wave them down if you see them. They will need your aid."With that, unless physically stopped by the Father, Navek rides his way back to the headquarters to begin getting together kegs. Two he leaves resting at the bar at the topside, while the third he takes with him to the general store next along with Roc. Of course not wishing to break Roc's back, he guides him along. With any luck, she'd be open by now and happen to have a sled available.
And if not, well.. he could always straight up trudge it up to the farm. Though if it takes that much, he makes a point of taking a circular route in hopes of avoiding the others.

As the goliath heads to the general store, Gwen would sell him a sled for 20 gold
he will have to roll a stealth to finish lea ing town undetected.
