Blood Scales Game

OK! so updates.. With everyone in different places I am trying not to leave anyone out but I feel like I am failing :D

Lex will smile at Lorarila and the two of them will spend most the afternoon working on his check list until it is nearly time for dinner. Smoke will eventually return and tell Lex he can go for the rest of the day and thank the halfelf for her assistance with cleaning up the shop. (I assume they both head back to the inn if Lex is invited to dinner?)

Mo and sayre will work on setting up the training grounds and work with Chip and Gus to practice some monuevers, with Thimble arriving a little later back at the inn (unless he wants to do something else) after talking to the Mayor, being informed of a parade and celebration this evening after supper.

Navek, after an excoriating and exhausting walk back through the swamp and forest will setup a small makeshift camp for the night, still roughly an hours walk outside of town.

(if anyone wants to RP anything or is not ok with where everyone is please let me know.. I don't want to force anyone to do anything they don't want their character to do or prevent them from doing anything. This way everyone is together +Lex - Navek at the inn around 5pm or so you guys can all eat supper together if you want. Navek can then do whatever RP he wants to do while contemplating today looking up at the stars in excruciating pain outside of town.)

(Everyone but Navek, unless you plan to rp something before the time skip, you should be getting in your short or long rests if it's going from about 9am to 5pm. With the time skip. )

Though I do wonder if he successful got the sending stone back, or did the troll happen to eat it along with the horse.

(Navek will definitally be allowed to take a rest as well, but not until he sets up his camp. Technically Navek had been acting "in the future" a bit because it took him 3 -4 hours to get to the troll and then he was knocked out for a few hours and then had a very painful walk for a few more hours to before setting up his camp... and remember he didn't leave until after you guys got back...so while it is almost supper time for everyone else and you guys would have had a chance to rest... Navek is probably still walking and has not actually set up his camp yet :P)

Mo will sit down at the table after a day of hard work, digging graves and building training grounds. He asks, "Sooo... How long we going to wait for Navek? If a long time goes by are we going after him or assuming he's dead?"

(yes, dinner time conversation is GO!)

Thimbol would be in the basement playing with his poisoners kit. 

(I don't know how you wanted to handle that by the way. All my research comes up with the phb and dmg doesn't really cover this. I've seen everything from simply allowing vials that do 1d4 extra poison damage or specific poisons and features based off poison taken from monsters. )

(So I will say this... if you are making poison just with the kit and no special other ingredients... you can add 1d4 poison damage to attacks. Now if you start grabbing mushrooms and spider venom and diseased rats and crap to it, we will amp up the poison a bit. I would say that if you harvest the poison glands of a creature,that the poison you make from it is at least as strong if not stronger than the damage the creature was was capable of doing. If you have any special poisons you wanna make just let me know and I will tell you what you need to do or how strong it is.)

Coming upstairs to catch Mo's question, "Hard to say. Where did he go?" Thimbol offered as he walked over toward the wolves and contemplated if they could survive off an endless supply of mayonnaise

Finishing up and happy to help Smoke out a bit, but tired and hungry. "Come on Lex, I told you I may give you food. I guess you deserve a biscuit or something." Smiling at the joke and heading back toward the inn, as she gets inside calling to anyone. "Honey, I am home! Going to start on supper, wanna help?" 

(Lex is definitely willing to help to repay you for all the help you have give him today at Smokes but I was going to let some of the other players have a chance to do it if they wanted first lol)

"Navek left," Sayre will ask curiously. "I...I haven't seen him today since well..." she trails off going to help Lora in the kitchen with dinner.

Lex will sit at the table as Sayre and Lorarila make their way into the kitchen to made diner. "So this is a pretty nice place you all have here!" He will say looking around the room. I don't think I have met either of you two, my name is Lex. I am helping out Smoke at his shop across town." He will say with a smile. "Lora was helping me knock out a huge list of chores today, organizing the basement and stuff.... you wouldn't believe all the stuff he has down there... and that is the stuff that he ISN'T hiding in his private collection" The Aasimar will rock back in his wooden chair with his hands behind his head, looking up at the chandelier above him. "Man what I wouldn't give to see what he is hiding in there" he would whisper to himself before the scraping of claws across the floor snap him out of his day dream as the two wolves bolt from their chairs and sprint towards the kitchen the moment they smell food being prepared....

As Navek finishes his small makeshift camp and lays down near a small camp fire looking up at the night sky, moving the sending stone through his fingers.. he will hear a voice in his mind... the deep gruff voice echoing inside his head. "Who is this, how did you get this stone... This cannot be Leadbelly... Stay away from Loretta, she is of no concern of yours..." When the message is over, the mouth etched into the stone will close, unable to be used again until the next day.

"No! Bad wolves! Sit down! You can have the scraps if you behave!"

They sit and are well behaved just watching her prepare the food, she hurries and tries to make a nice and filling meal. "I saw Navek leave earlier, he was loaded down and very upset. I hope he is okay and safe, he wouldn't let me come with. Good thing he is a big tough man, I will make him a cake when he gets back."

The wolves immediately sit quietly with their mouths shut as though they are stuffed wolf statues waiting for their next command as Lorarila commands them with authority.

(Also, i am getting ready to go to bed so please have whatever conversations you want and I will post more in the morning and hopefully have everyone on the same page tomorrow morning as far as regrouping and being together maybe and all that fun stuff :D)
