Upset that his flawless drunk impression failed Darruk goes into a rage.
Had I gotten the 20 on my roll and not initiative this might be going down differently ...., I'll map out the rest of my turn when I see where we all are.
I'm here just havent seen a way to contribute as of yet. Saraba would of been hanging towards the back looking his usual drunk self, swaying back and forth.

The man called Grimehouse winces as as his sideburns are singed. He quickly produces a flask and moves to the middle of the alley. He sends a Fire Bolt of his own back at Darruk. 5 Damage: 1. (You have some cover from Leoros.)
He then smashes the flask on the ground. Every needs to give me a DC 10 Con save or become Poisoned, please, as noxious vapors swirl over the entire alley.
Partial cover would just grant you a bit more AC (2) - I should have stated as much during the roll. Unfortunately, the roll was high enough regardless.

Once the fighting began, Saraba springs off the wall that was holding him up, and he a sprints at Grimehouse. A few feet away from him, Saraba launches himself into the air spinning a foot at Grimehouse's head. Attack 24 Damage 7
Before he land Saraba twists his body to deliver a punch to the center of Grimehouse's chest. Attack 9 Damage 6

Saraba and Blue Eyes both attempt to bring down Grimehouse as he rushes the center of the alley, but the obscuring mists are just enough to throw off their aim and the alchemist stands without further injury.
Leoros doubles over, wretching from the fumes.
From inside the carriage, a bored voice murmurs. "If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." A slight figure holding an equally wispy blade leaps out, and, seeing Darruk nearby, lunges. 11 damage 6
Glory first, then into round two. Darruk is outside the carriage with its mysterious occupant, the dead bandit, and the coughing Leoros. The rest are partway down the alley.

Apolgies for the delay. Alley map, along with my approximation of your positions. If you feel you would be elsewhere, please let me know.
Initiative orders. Bold may go
Darruk advances and swings his battle axe at the bandit by Leros (attack 13 damage 12 )
-not sure how much movement I have, but I am working on the premise I'd advanced enough prior to calling out that I'd be in range if it went south.
Your movement is fine. For the positioning, would you want to be on Leoros' left, or right (next to Grimehouse, or next to the wall)?
Instantly sober, Darruk moves with a speed belying his short legs, and buries his axe deeply within the bandit's torso, dropping him immediately.
The bandit is down -- bold may move
Bandit: 16Put me by the wall. Thanks.
"Get away from them, Leoros!" Valafar calls out before hurling a mote of fire at this Grimehouse person!
Fire Bolt: Attack: 18 Damage: 1
For my move, Blue Eyes is going to run 30 feet toward the carriage and ready an attack with his battle axe in case anyone attacks him.
(OOC, I'm working the swing shift tonight, so I'll roll my attack of opportunity if anyone comes my way Attack: 10 Damage: 7)

Con save 24
(Did the partial cover reduce damage, or was that already considered? I'm confused)
- I didn't roll with advantage but I guess its ok

Lot's of stuff ...
Grimehouse staggers as the bolt sinks home. A look of panic crosses his face; clearly, he expected this to go better than it has so far.
Anybody who has failed the con save, please provide another. DC 10.
Blue Eyes is going to approach Grimehouse and swing his battleaxe - Attack: 18 Damage: 7
