Skeleton initiative: 19
Zombie Initiative: 1
If its ok, I'm going to do group initiative for the skeletons and zombies respectively, to streamline things. According to my notes, I will still need initiative rolls for Balian, Ignatius, Dameion and Thalvos.
Player icons will be based on the character's first name. I'll add the missing player to the map. I gave the purple B to Berak, to match his speech text. In the interest of keeping the game active, I may roll initiative for players before too long.
Figuring out ranges may be tricky, but I will consider 100-120 feet between the party and enemies to be accurate. Liakrana is within at least 100 ft of the nearest undead, so I think will be in effective firing range with a longbow.

Lord Dameion Arlon
Lord Dameion unsheathed his blade and readied his shield to charge if combat broke out, "If you can move the fog cloud, maybe those of us with less ranged options should advance behind the cloud, then once the cloud envelopes the trebuchet we will be just outside, you can drop it and all of us attack at once"
Initiative: 19
(Not sure why that rolls not working: Initiative: 8)
(ooc: I seem to be missing Thalvos's character sheet, was going to roll init for him. Thalvos's player, if you're still in let me know, I'll promise to fit you into the order.)

"Great minds think alike, Thalvos. I'm all for using bait." Flashing a grin at the rest of the group, he continues "I'll let the rest of you draw straws."
Silently, the half-elf slips away and slides into a large crater to the south of the fog, readying his shortbow. Let the games commence...
Stealth: 13
Posting since Berak and Balian rolled the same. Moving to what I assume is a large crater directly south of Liakrana, and using Ready action to fire at anything that starts heading towards us as a reaction.

Tempest
OOC: Putting this in before I leave work. House doesn't have power/internet due to hurricane and don't want to hold up group since I'm on deck.
*Will attempt to move fog cloud slightly closer (10ft if allowed as action) and stealthily walk towards the edge closest to the enemies but stay hidden within the cloud. Bonus: refresh shillelagh on staff.*

((DM whats the rule we doing on turns, are we posting in order, or just whenever? Cause I feel thats what has caused this game to stall for the moment, also if something changes the battlefield, Say the fog moving, than you should post on that, but just incase as this is out of turn order. My character will move up in the fog as well trying to remain quite as well.))
Thalvos followed behind Tempest trying to not lose sight of them in the fog but slowly falling behind. "Everyone remember to keep quite, the dead can smell fear just by looking at you! Then we will all be in for a bad day!"

(OOC: The remaining initiative orders to be dealt with are 3. Dameion (Madclergy), 5. Ignatius (Chrominator), 6. zombies, 7. Drusk, and 9. skeletons. Dameion did post something while we were rolling initiative, so maybe that was his action? He suggested staying behind the moving fog cloud, weapons readied.)
Drusk was worried that his clanking chain mail would give the party away, but is pleased that he is fighting with other valiant warriors who have taken that burden on themselves.
Stealth: 19 (edit: ha ha ha)
He will move forward (preferably 30 ft.), around to the top edge of the fog cloud on the map, using it for cover without entering it (like the corner of a building).
The zombies go before Drusk. If they haven't moved, Drusk will ready a Sacred Flame if any enemies move closer. If the zombies have charged, he will hiss back to the group, "They are approaching!", and cast Sacred Flame on the closest zombie, which will just be inside spell range. (Opponent DEX save, on failure it takes 2 Radiant damage.)

OOC: It is either Dameion or the DM. And like I mentioned in post #94, since we have a possible action for Dameion, I think we should move on (and start round 2).
