"This is what you get for trying to be a good person!" Flayr roars, dropping the barrel and diving for the sliding gnome. He attempts to drag him back to safety. "What now?" He asks Kabarr. "We have a half-dead gnome and no discernible ways off the boat."

 He begins flipping through his spellbook for a spell which might aid them. (I don't really know how this would work considering we are level 0)

(If Gnook entered the water, would his weird temporary gills thing kick in automatically as a sort of natural defense?)

Pang smirks.  "Well that went better than I intended!"  Seeing the elf struggling with the lifeboat, the tabaxi rushes up and attempts to assist.

Kabarr grabs the gnome and gear and says “let’s get to the lifeboats.   If that fails, I am attacking the other ship.”  Having declared his intentions, he quickly moves to the lifeboats.

Flayr retrieves the barrel of equipment and follows, still talking.

 "It's not all bad. Look at these weapons and equipment! We could go into the adventuring business, geared like this."

“If we make it off this boat..... we should have gambled on dry ground.”  Kabarr says as he struggles to get to the life boat.  “Maybe I should start that other  boat on fire so they don’t come after us?”

"Perhaps burning is not neccessary... how many ice elves do you think you could take?" The gleam of battle is in Flayr's eye.

“Only three at a time.... how many do you think are left on their boat?”

"Three? I have seen you take on an ogre single-handed and come out the victor. You could easily defeat four with a good weapon. There can't be more than six left on the boat, judging by how many have come at us. We shall take the boat or die in fire and honor. But what to do with this fellow?" He asks, motioning to the gnome. In his excitement, his sentences become short and choppy.

 To see how many people are on the other boat.

"Onward! " Yells Flayr, rushing in the direction of the ice elves' ship. He prepares to hurl a firebolt at the first ice elf he sees.

Attack: 5 Damage: 5

Kabarr yells to all those still fighting the Ice elves “why fight over a life boat when you can have their ship!”

Kaimos sits in his lifeboat waiting for it to finish being lowered down to the water, unable to do much to help.

(Kabarr, I mentioned above that you got weeks worth of food and a sledge hammer.  Flayr got the good stuff, but hasn't taken the time to look through them.  You also got an Adventurers pack and your weapon.)
