(I don't see anywhere that you can't attack while grappled.)

OOC: Yeaaaahhh Atlas isn't going to stand for it...and I wonder what chance they'll have. They critted to attempt to grapple and Atlas STILL resisted. 

(Is shiv close enough to attack the head guy that asked us to get arrested? And can I attack with my tail in response to the grapple?)

Lashing Tail

Immediately after a creature within 5 feet of you deals damage to you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make an unarmed strike with your tail against that creature that deals 1d4 + 3 piercing damage.

(Yeah I know, but I mean... they are still touching me and they HURT MY FEELINGS! MY FEELINGS AND DREAMS HAVE TAKEN DAMAGE!... I just thought it could be some good RP.. I mainly want to lay into the jerk leader guy)

Shiv after seeing the watchman in charge order them to be arrested and the  being grabbed by other members of the watch, he would quickly draw his Scimitars and last out at the leader with them, trying to hurt him but not kill him.

The two Watchman pinning you down stagger away, blood gushing from cuts on their arms. The Grappled condition is ended.

The man snorts in derision as more Watchmen arrive on the scene and force you back to the ground by sheer weight of numbers.
