With Isk doing 44 damage and Trimyrai doing 47 (including a crit on the last arrow), that is enough to smash the skeleton to powder. Combat is over!
With a voice of confusion (sounding a bit like the DM), the bone naga spirit starts to seep out. "How could I lose so quickly? ...If only I had the dragon's breath..." At that point, the spirit mist fades away. (The initiative roll making it go last did not help.)
Trim went hog-wild in that last barrage. He is only able to recover 2 of 6 arrows.
Iskander heals 9 points, since his hexed foe is fallen.
Jack recovers his Boom-erang.
Reverie is able to calm down, after the foe in front of her has died. She has a pretty bad migraine, due to these flashes of cursed anger. (And the blood loss, being at 1 HP.)
The 2 academics rush in.
Sallah: "My friends! I am so pleased you aren't dead! While we still have some more time on this expedition, I think we should head back to the surface right away."
Marion: "That thunder noise could be heard far away. There are... things... coming, attracted by the sounds of battle. Since we are the only "meat" here, let's not stick around."

Reverie pants as she sighs deeply. Then, she casts herself to cure with Lay on hands pool (using rest 10 points. Thus, it shall be... 11/44... That was CLOSE). Checking on her bag that contains a one intact chest, Reverie looks around the area and her friends even though having a migraine. "Yes, we should head back to the surface." She says weakly, then looks at Marion for a moment before giving a small smirk. "You need to stop being drunk also. Better be careful." Then she looks back at her friends. "Who needs a cure wound? I think it would be better for us to tend ourselves before facing the possibility of where we could get into a battle... again."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
”I don’t need anything. But you..” Jack looks at Reverie. “Do. Especially after that fight. We should save our potions until we need them, though.” He extends a hand, and whispers a few mystical words, just happening to rhyme. “Would ye like some help with those wounds of yours?”
(If Reverie accepts it, she shall be healed with a Cure Wounds. 10.)
(OoC: I was debating including 1 more fight... but lets get your group back to the city. I'm using the rolls you made before post 3155.)
The group is heading back to the main shaft leading towards the surface. As you start your ascent, you see Berbalangs. Over a score of them, creeping out of various caves. Moving towards you. (These were the bat-winged creatures that can create duplicates, that you encountered in the Shadowfell while fighting the Allip.) In post 3144, Marion mentioned that there were an unusual number of them in The Pit, but never in these numbers.
Your party is tired from the fight against the skeletons, so maybe a little bluffing might keep them away... Trimyrai (Intimidation 5) is a bit peaked from the use of his Second Wind, and can barely shout. Jack (12) is louder in yelling at the creatures, but his trained musical voice and rhythmic drumming are not effective. Iskander (16) and Froskan (18) have more volume, barking and using their attack cantrips to make flashes of energy.
The berbalangs slow their approach, but then flee when Reverie (Intimidation 19) bellows out 12 seconds of annoyance and rage. After the way is clear, she turns around to smile a bit sheepishly, still rubbing the temples of her head due to the anger migraine from the earlier fight.
After your group makes it safely to the surface, Marion and Sallah collect their Ropes of Climbing. They are eager to examine the 2 chests, but want to open them in some privacy. They walk over to the nearest pair of guards, warming themselves by a brazier of coals next to their guard station.
Sallah: "We would like to use your hut for the next half hour, if you please." He bounces a few GPs in his left hand.
Marion: "You would have to stay outside during that time, but that fire will keep you warm." She pulls out a full flask from her bandolier, and opens the cap so they can smell the alcoholic contents... The guards accept the gifts, and allow your group to go inside.
The 2 chests are placed on the table. Marion and Sallah think the chests have historical value, even without looking inside.
The chests are locked. "I don't suppose any of you can castKnock, or are really good at picking locks?"

Reverie looks at Marion for a moment before she asks Sallah in a whisper. "What does she have for her drink during this adventure?" She's curious.
Sallah pauses at his work on the lock to glance at the stout halfling Marion.
"I am not sure. Each flask has something different. Most are potent enough that you would think you were drinking Alchemist's Fire... I believe she has found and hidden from me more than one Alchemy Jug, although she denies this.
"She is never as drunk as she seems. And never as sober, either."
(Lock check: 2 ) It takes 10 minutes, but he finally brightens up as the lock clicks open. "Now to work on the other chest." Marion starts rifling through the unlocked chest.

Rather than wait another 10 minutes for the 2nd lock to be picked, Froskan casts Knock to open the other chest. He doesn't normally know this spell, but he channeled his last 2nd level spell slot through his Necklace of Sorcerer's Stone to cause the magical effect.
At first, Marion and Sallah are disappointed, as quite a few of the items are literally garbage. Apparently, some people in Nunkreet are sneaking past the guards and dumping refuse into the Pit, and the bone naga had put some of that into the chests. They will alert the town officials, as whatever beings are in the Pit might not appreciate the rain of garbage.
They do find some objects that look like genuine historical objects (cups, watches, jewelry, etc.). They start discussing why all the objects are between 200 and 300 years old (nothing more recent, nothing older).
Also in the chests are stacks of coins and gemstones. Your group divides them, according to the earlier agreement.
Each person gets 150 GP (or 50 GP + a 100 GP gem of your choice).
After the money and historical objects are divided up, Sallah also asks to look at Reverie's scimitar. Marion explains: "We have seen how that curse is affecting you. He may be able to find out something about that blade. Maybe that will help you."
