(Your group has time to check the cage thoroughly. Advantage on a passive check is a +5 bonus, so effectively Reverie and Froskan got 22 on their skill checks.)
Reverie and Froskan go over the iron cage carefully. While it is still possible for there to be extremely well disguised traps (magical or physical), they are very certain that there are no traps.
You still have to figure out how to pry the thing open. (Reverie has STR 15, and Trimyrai STR 14, but the three hags had STR 18.) You could smash the cage, but that would not be good for the occupant inside.

Reverie tries to rip open the cage. She strains, realizing that it took 3 Hags (all stronger than her) to seal this cage. But she thinks of the cruelty of the Hags, and gets a little surge of berserker rage from her magic scimitar. With a cry of fury, Reverie rips loose the iron bars and bends back the cover plate.
The pixie is a bit surprised at the feat of strength. When she sees that Reverie is finished, the pixie steps out, stands tall (1 foot in height), takes in a deep breath of fresh air, and starts stretching her limbs. "They had me crammed into that box for over a day. This feels much better... My name is Clarion. I am in your debt for rescuing me and slaying those foul Hags. I will delay my quest until that debt is repaid. If you find it agreeable, I will act as a guide during your time in the Feywild."

Jack seems very impressed with Reverie’s show of strength. He smirks as she successfully tears down the Cage which required the strength of all Three hags to destroy. As Isk claps, so does Jack, albeit on a smaller scale.
As Clarion stretches, Jack takes a quick glare at her, as if analyzing her. Trusting his Gut (and his Insight Check), Jack nods. “I don’t think we’d mind that, would we? We’re new, and could certainly use some assistance.” Jack looks to the party to see what they think, before turning back to the Fairy. “Ye said something about a Quest?”

Reverie huffs as she looks down on her hands in bewilderment. The anger that has been grown strongly within her seems to show its power through her hands. Starting to wonder if this anger would make her even more stronger, but then the answer comes up into her mind. It might not the best source of power to use for good. She looks at Iskander and then Jack darting when they give her an applause, then she replies them with an awkward chuckle that didn't last long as her gaze shifts towards Clarion. To Jack's word, she nods in agreement. "I agree. Using some assistance would be great," she mutters. "When did the Hags come here to disturb the peace? Will the Dryad be all right?" Reverie asks cautiously.
"And yes, we are here with a purpose because someone told me that I may find a way to fix my weapon. My friends are here to help me." Hesitating as she starts to think if she could trust Clarion fully, but she decides to tell a reason for being here, the Fecund Glade. Then she shows her scimitar with a scabbard, holding it tightly. "This is a weapon of my family that found to be cursed and it affects me greatly. You probably saw me how I bend that cage... As I tried to damage the cage, I felt the rage towards the Hags, and it worked!" Reverie feels scared and yet amazed at the same time. And that scares her. "I need this to be fixed as soon as possible, or I am afraid of thinking what I could do to everyone when I lose my mind by the rage completely."

If your weapon is sentient, then maybe the scabbard is alive... well, in a magical sense. If you place it on the ground, in contact with the magic of the dirt, maybe the Fecund Glade will treat your scabbard like it does any other sick plant?
