Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
(if we all hold our attack actions set to be triggered on when one of us attacks, that should trigger the super nova death blossom move, a move so deadly it is forbidden in many countries)
(Need to hear from Reverie if she took out both acolytes, or left one alive.
You have less than a minute to get the prisoners out of this room before the hypnosis wears off. They are moving slowly, due to being chained together and the shackles on their ankles.)

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
(If you have a general plan in mind, I'll need people to be a little more specific about their actions, like what you do the first 30/40 seconds, and what order for the slaad attacks.
Two people could work at a time on tie/gag-ing someone. The acolyte pummeled by Reverie will be knocked out for quite some time.
The prisoners are milling about, confused. Their legs are shackled, and some of them are neck-chained to each other. (That is what the acolytes were doing when you burst in.) If no one does crowd control, then I might make them panic later.
You can make the slaad and/or the priest prone without breaking the hypnosis. Right now they are standing. Prone gives you advantage if you are within 5', and disadvantage outside of 5'. So if you make the slaad prone, most likely you want Trimyrai to make the first attack, so he can fire the bow up close while the Slaad is still Incapacitated (won't get disadvantage for ranged attack up close). I'll let everyone go before the Slaad, but the first person attacking will end the hypnosis.)

Ana moves back and toward the prisoners, sensing their confusion and disquiet, while the others prepared to strike the slaad. Keeping one eye on it, she spoke to the prisoners to try to soothe and rally them. "Please don't worry. We're almost done with them and we'll get you our of those bindings and back to the surface as soon as we can." She hoped this would keep them from getting in the way, at least while they mopped up here.
Brin readies an action to cast bless on 3 melee members of the party. (Not sure who has the best single-damage attack melee weapon, but, whomever that is, will get Voice of Authority used on them. That person will get to make a single attack as their reaction.) The trigger to this readied action will be when someone attacks the slod.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Sound like a good plan for me as well. In that case, Reverie will attack the slaad as well. Please let me know if I did it wrong ;-; )

The prisoners are exhausted and dehydrated, and are unable to talk. They have been shaking their shackles, although feebly.
It is too late that you realize that they were trying to communicate that if you could take off their chains, you could have used it on the priest. You'll have to hope that the hastily tied ropes will hold up.
Between Ana's Emboldening Bond and Brin's Bless, everyone has +d4 on attack rolls and saves. (Normally someone would have +2d4 since the effects stack, but I want to keep things a little easier for me.)
With time running out, you all nod to execute your plan to execute the unnatural Limbo creature... After Trim's attack, the Slaad is no longer incapacitated but is still Prone.
(Trimyrai should roll his bow attacks, with advantage and +d4 for to-hit rolls. Consider if you want to use Sharpshooter. After that, Isk hits twice, and should roll for damage. Reverie hits twice, and should roll for damage. Also, she has a 3rd attack as her BA with the magic scimitar to roll. Brin and Ana can launch their attacks or spells.)

Brin gave someone an extra attack with Voice of Authority. I think it is okay for Iskander to take it, unless the party decides differently.)

(i think the order of operations should be - wreck the frog, tie up the priest, evacute the prisoners and tied up priest)
(Tie and gag the priest first, or the slaad might get a chance to snap him out of it )
(Pretty sure we are not attempting to get the prisoners out yet... Taking out the frog is first, then we'll go from there.)
Brin glances to the others, ready to strike down this frog as soon as the others are in place.
Ana will ready an action to cast sacred flame as soon as the slaad is roused.

Ok, so it sounds like...
Ana is going to soothe the prisoners. Can Ana do this while tieing up the Hypno'd priest? If so, then she can do that.
Isk will gently lay down the Slaad so the melee folks get advantage on the attacks.
I think only Isk and Rev are melee hitters, so why don't we have Brin start things off by casting bless on Trim, Isk, and Rev.
Then trim fires his ranged attacks, which will trigger then Isk and Rev's attacks with adv and bless.
Assuming that's the plan, here are some extra rolls for Isk's attacks:
Blesses: 3, 2
Extra hit rolls for adv: first attack:28, second attack:19
(OOC: that looks like the plan to me.)
