The hallway is wide enough for two to fit side by side. The same green and black goo is sparse here and there. As you’re making your way through, your senses tell you that the undead and constructs detected are closer the further you go.
Its dark, but with your spells and dark vision, it’s easy to see around. Blackened walls. Goo. Strange sounds from beyond. It seems like a doorway is coming up on the right.
As you’re creeping through, you (first in line) feel and hear a depression under one of the stones under your feet. It makes a loud audible click.
What do you do?

Remaining about 10 feet back from Odysseus still, Alzaren visually inspects the area around the other man, searching for signs of what kind of trap he might have sprung.

comes six heavy bolts directly down upon you. Since you ducked and didn’t move back, you take 13 damage.

That was six d6. Also, the sounds from the hallway deeper in stop, as if they’re intrigued by the sound of the trap going off.

Investigation aside, obviously the trap was from the ceiling.

He screams in pain but, suprisingly, he survived an offence that seemes illogical: he is able to remove them and, even if suffering a lot, to be still able to push forward, while thinking
It cannot be by sheer chance, there is something that made me so strong, but I cannot remember what...maybe someone above is looking after me. Whoever you are, please aiding me,
Indeed, posing his hands on his wounds, he sees that are quickly closing: in a few seconds he completely recovers

Whoever is doing us this such harm will regret it: let's carry on
Thenhe looks at the pavement to see how the floor was made, just in case he will encounter a similar thing in the future.
He moves forward, from now onward paying attention where he steps in
“Shh! Seems we have also disturbed the creatures. Let’s not give them a reason to investigate us”. Boran suggests we wait until the scurrying and scuttling sounds resume.
@Odysseus “Are you ok to continue leading the way or would you like me to take the lead?”
By the way, y’all should be level 12 if you’re not.

Inspecting the floor, it’s no wonder you didn’t notice. There’s only a tiny crack in it, if it’s an indication of a trap at all, that you had stepped on.
Tricky bastards.
Moving ahead, you see glowing eyes about 60 feet away almost six feet from the ground up, rush at you from a distance. Followed are the skittering clatter of at least 3 other constructs.
As the thing rushes closer, it comes into view. A horrid monstrosity of limbs (four humanoid ones) stick out from its body in more or less symmetrical fashion (two on each side). It stands about six feet tall. The ceiling is eight feet high. It spans almost the entire width of the hallway.
Glowing eyes, red and maddening. Giant claws on the edges of its fingers. Grotesque humanoid bubbles of flesh hastily “stitched” together make up its body.
(Think really ugly nasty zombie without the zombie stupidity).

The monster walks on its feet like a humanoid would. Consider it undead.

Odysseus doesn’t release the feet but just whispers :
”STOP: I think I activated a trap, it might be the one that shot arrows in the head of those two, don’t come forward! And please help me!”
thinking the bolt could arrive at the height of his head he kneels down and bends s little backward , in order for the others to have a look.
In the meanwhile he points the pin of the weapon towards his feet to see what happened
Remaining about 10 feet back from Odysseus still, Alzaren visually inspects the area around the other man, searching for signs of what kind of trap he might have sprung.

Alzaren grimaces as Odysseus gets hit by half a dozen bolts from a trap in the ceiling. That's why he's not in the lead...
He keeps a sharper eye out, doing his best to watch ahead of odysseus for any traps he might stumble upon.

ooc: does the monster walk/run on his four or just on two arms/legs/whatever?
and should we consider it a construct? an undead? or both? you know, it might come handy for paladin's things and such
Initiative 19
Boran is obviously caught a bit off guard because he was concentrating on looking for traps
