Hektor hear's Glitch's voice in his head, unfamiliar since he's never really heard Glitch speak but if regardless he sees everyone else draw their weapons & takes it as a sign. Drawing his own two swords out.
(OOC: Sorry I suck and didn't post at all yesterday. I'm not sure where to drop in at this point? My paladin would've went to the home to help, but if you'd rather me start at the inn, I'm fine with that too!)

Perception: (5)+4=9
OOG: If Kolthar can see the new soldiers he's going to grab his bow and run at them to get into range & yell about bandits towards the town.

If you love a character, you give them pain, ruin their lives, make them suffer. Maybe even throw in a heroic death.
Ulroc just needs to roll initiative, but we have two nat 20s so chances aren't tooooo high that he'll beat them.
Kolthar, you heard Glitch's warning, and immediately jumped into action. You're 120 feet from the action. With your nat 20 you can use a dash as a bonus action if you wish. What do you want to do?
Next will be Glitch.

OOG: I will use that bonus action to dash thank you very much.
Kolthar will sprint towards the new group in an attempt to engage them before they reach the village. As he does so he draws to arrows and fires one each at each of the archers he can see. (Burning an action surge).

Hearing a voice in his head warning him of more danger outside, Ulroc rushes out of the home and spots the enemies in the distance. "And here we go again!" Ulroc clanked his warhammer against his shield and grinned, pumping himself up. They desperately needed to get to the bottom of this mystery surrounding Auna, because this seemed like it would be going on forever otherwise.

The first strike Ulroc expertly dodges with the soldier rolling a (4+3=7) to hit.
Her next strike is (11+3 = 14). If that hits, Ulroc takes (7+3=10) damage.
