Upon entering the town you are greeted by chaos and ruin. Bodies litter the streets and screams fill the air as the fish creatures perform their unholy task and lay waste to the town of Byting. All seems lost, and blood runs down the streets.
Fish creatures swarm the streets and men and women fall before your very eyes. Chaos reigns on his throne of tears and death stalks the streets. Men and women take up kitchen knives, pitchforks, and even fishing nets to fight the creatures, but they are no match for the madness of the bubbling monstrosities.
A low rumbling sound catches Lumin's attention. Turning, he is confronted by raw, unrelenting horror.
A titanic mass of writhing tentacles propels the thing along, like a squid in the water. Indeed, the closest earthly equivalent to this eldritch terror is a giant squid, but there the likeness ends. A gigantic maw, full of jagged teeth reminiscent of the shark opens to receive human and fish being alike, as they are dragged screaming into its gaping depths.
Shifting his footing to sidestep slightly (keeping a 10ft distance), Lumin shouts to everyone else, "Direct your arrows over here, and handle this Land Squid Demon," as he cracks his whip at the creatures eyes. Attack: 14 Damage: 7

Leo turned to see what Lumin was doing as he heard the whip crack behind him. "What the hell is that thing?" Even though Leo's mask hid his expression, everyone could hear the fear in his voice. Even as he fumbled for his dagger, everything in Leo's body screamed for him to run. Instead, he threw his dagger at the creature.
Intiative (assuming we're going back into combat): 8
Action:Attack with dagger (thrown): 7 for 4 piercing damage.
Leo spots a small wooded outcropping which overlooks the village and is accessible by a narrow path which runs down it's steep side.
