The smirk never left her face, even when Cora finished him off in quite the gruesome way. Deaths like this weren’t uncommon to the cleric. “What a waste.” She would comment as the guard was tossed like a rag doll to the side.
Lilyth’s attention switched from the dead guard to Cora and her question. There was a mixture of emotions that bubbled in the pit of her stomach when their eyes met.
“I’m fine.” She would answer, almost coldly to her. The vampire wasn’t too sure if she meant it to come out that way or not, but again, her attention went to the voices down the hall before she could dwell on it.
”Sheshka is right, we need to go. We’ll talk later.” She reassures Crispy, finally breaking eye contact to try and get the chain mail off one of the guards body’s. She would feel much more comfortable wearing something that wasn’t just a piece of cloth.
If possible to take the chain mail off, she adorns it quickly and has the spear she picked up earlier, ready to go.

The Orc looks moves past Jacques and speaks to him without even looking "Anything useful? We don't have time to dig through everything..." While she speaks, she will look over the emergency hatch? Is it locked? Can she just open it and just go?
Cora rushes over to Lilly and helps her as quick as she can to don her armor. The rogue wore nothing, it just slowed her movements and made it awkward. She kept the dagger she had, and picked up another one. As she helped Lilly, she looked her over and smiled. It brought back a memory of not too long ago.
SOME TIME AGO
When Cora Perkins was teleported to this world, she had one simple job to do. She knew what it was, and knew how to do it. But, she couldn't tell anybody else about it. That was the deal. The Demon Lords of the Fourth Layer were very specific with their pawn, and more importantly, their information. Cora found herself in a world she had never been before. Ixalan appeared to be a lush jungle, and so much more. Knowing where to go, she traveled for many weeks on her own until she encountered a society called The Legion of Dusk. Mostly vampires, they appeared to be devoted to a powerful Church. She met many members as she passed through, and they all appeared to be on a visionary quest of conquest and domination. Some tried to get her to join their cause. One almost succeeded.
Cora was not a religious person, and while she stayed with the Legion she met a Cleric who caught her attention - Lilyth. Over the short time they knew each other, Lilyth made an attempt to try and get Cora to join their cause, but this was impossible. Cora answered, unfortunately, to a much, much higher power, and this would be impossible. Lilyth understood Cora unlike many others before her, and had a very brief and passionate romance during the time they knew each other. Sadly, Cora's destiny was not with the Legion, and she left Lilyth to join something more appropriate to her demeanor, and mission - The Brazen Coalition.
It was not easy to say goodbye to Lilyth. Cora liked her, yearned for her. Lilyth understood Cora, but pain, regret, and suffering was all Cora knew, so she added it upon her shoulders and left to go undercover as a pirate for the Coalition. All it took was a few mistakes, and Cora was captured. Much to her pleasant surprise, Lilyth was in the same cell. Why was Lilyth here? Cora's heart lept into her throat, and her heart said: Did it even matter?
This could be a sign.
RIGHT NOW
"It's good to see you again, Lilly." she said, softly to her, as she finished hooking the links together of her armor.
She turned to the Orc. "The hatch! Let's get out of here!"
The hatch is closed (it has iron door) but not locked. As Sheska looks inside, its an inclining iron tunnel 5 feet wide. The sides are slippery and theres no handhold - anything that dropped here won't get back up here again. In the end of the hatch is the ocean, with its waving reflecting moonlight.
“Thank you.” Lilyth says as they finished putting on the armor, giving Cora a small smile in appreciation. She joins the rest of the group near the hatch. “We have to go now. Who wants to go first?”

As the footsteps get louder, one by one each of you gets into the hatch and slide in. As you crash into the ocean, the salt water splash to your face and you are submerged in few seconds before rising up to the surface. It's midnight, but you can discern where the beach is, it might take few minutes to swim there.
However, while submerged you can see two sharks both the size of a cow swim closer towards you, drawn towards blood from Sheska and Lilynth's wounds.
Anyone who attempt to swim to the shore as fast as possible can make an Athletics check!

At times like these, Lilyth wished they were told beforehand that they would be swimming, otherwise the chain mail would have been left behind, but of course not. She made a mental note to thank Cora once again for helping her.

Sheshka holds the hatch open until everyone gets through! As soon as the last one dives in, Sheshka crawls through as well and closes the hatch behind her. SPLASH! Down into the salty water they go. For Sheshka, it felt amazing! She always felt at home on the sea. Specifically, on a ship on the sea. So the Orc makes a swim for the shallows!
Cora grabbed Lilly and together they swam to shore, with the Cleric's arms around her. Thanks to her military training, Cora easily was able to assist Lilly and had the strength and endurance to do so safely. It took her back to Cora's training when she had to swim a number of meters in lakes with sandbags on her back. As Lilly hung on, Cora focused intently and swam as fast as she could to the sand.
The water was freezing, and as both of them got out of the water and stood, Cora wrapped her arms around herself and began to shiver. "Everyone here??" She called out, looking back at the body of water. Her prison outfit stuck to her skin as she shivered, clearly revealing a tightly packed, lean, muscular body. She began to wring out her clothes making sure Lilly was ok, and it was almost criminal how shapely and good she looked, even wet. While no barbarian, the Academy had created a precision weapon of destruction, and while her physique did, of course, had fat and curves in the perfect places, it was clear she spent most of her life exercising and eating well.
And, also fighting and killing. Her body was riddled with old wounds and scars, some of them very prominent. She looked out to the water to make sure everyone made it.
Lilyth gave a small thanks to Cora as she started to wring out her now wet silvery blonde hair, making a face at how... uncomfortable she felt. She hated the ocean, and hated the sand that clung to her temporary armor, the stupid minuscule rocks and shells that made up the beach always without fail getting into all the wrong places. It was gross, she felt gross, like a disgusting wet dog, but she knew she was going to have to deal with it for now.
Putting her discomfort aside, she questions those who are on the shore: "Does anyone want me to heal them? Sheshka? Crispy?" Her eyes stayed focused on her hands working on getting the sand off her, purposely avoiding looking at Cora. They all looked worse for wear, but she wanted to make her healing count, if it was needed, that is.

Cora had totally forgotten about her stab wound. She pulled up her shirt and looked at it. It wasn't bad, but the salt of the water made it sting, and the cut was deep enough. Why not.
"Would you mind taking a look at this slash wound?" She asked, showing Lilly her wound just below her lowest rib. She pulled her pants down a bit and lifted her prison shirt a little higher.

Selune, have mercy. Lilyth's lips thinned, glancing over in Crispy's direction. Instead of falling into that trap, she kept her distance then stared directly into the other woman's eyes. "Yep." Then casted healing word.

The rags provided to them provided nothing in the way of form or function. This was made especially apparent when completely soaked through. Not to mention the blood stains, which the sea whatever was no help in relieving! "Give me some healing if you're still handin' out the feel-goods, Lilyth." It's at this point that Sheshka takes a moment to assess her current crew. She's definitely worked with worse. They all seemed capable at least...well...most of them did. She can't help but let a little bit of a sneer creep across her face as she pans over to the one who just ran at the first opportunity. Sheshka finds it difficult to respect someone who's first instinct is to run from a fight. She is an Orc, afterall. Her amazonian-esque form was honed for combat, whether against man or beast. Still, no time to dwell on it. "We can't rest yet. They'll be on us soon!"

If you'd like to wear them, donning a heavy armor would take 5 minutes with help.
Edit: also, as Sheshka walks outside the prison chamber, she met Jacques who is currently looking for armament stored nearby.
Outside the prison chamber is an emergency hatch and a corridor leading to where the talking sounds from.
The Orc looks moves past Jacques and speaks to him without even looking "Anything useful? We don't have time to dig through everything..." While she speaks, she will look over the emergency hatch? Is it locked? Can she just open it and just go?

It's just 100 feet away to the beach. If you succeed on the Athletics you managed to get into shallow enough area to lose the sharks.
