Ront: still holding onto Ferriman, he moves to G3 (half speed for carrying, bonus action Aggressive for more movement). He is Ready to swing his axe if Shoor gets within melee range. For now, he is literally using Ferriman as a shield/cover if any crossbow bolts are aimed at him. (Ront could have attacked Shoor this turn if he dropped Ferriman... but Ront wants someone else to be in Shoor's face, first.)

Valthana tries to deflect the first blow but Shoor's skill is too great and he scores a nasty cut. In desperation, she manages to block the second with her battle axe.

Knowing he has a better chance of avoiding Shoor's blows than many of his allies, Narstin moves in close, attacking the drow with his warhammer and trying to keep him occupied.
Tozer's turn can't be completed as posted. Not enough movement to get to Shoor. (Note Ront is still carrying Ferriman.)
