Pok'im examines the toys closely but as far as he can work out they are just toys. He carefully repacks the box and takes them downstairs where he calls out to Ash "Ash look what Pok'im has found - toys!"
Pokim examines the toys. Most of them look as though they were made by hand either by children or someone without a whole lot of skill. The dolls look kind of strange, and other then those he finds some blocks, a couple boomerangs, a sling, and few lengths of rope that appear to have been used as jump rope, and
Darastrix would take the ring and sword. Placing the ring on a clawed finger and holding the sword in a hand as it rested upon his shoulder. Continuing to walk around.
(DAMN IT, I am just going to say "The centaur" from now on because I am dumb :P)

Vruuk goes outside once the cleaning is done. And after taking a moment to make sure the went wouldn't catch too much of the dust; he pats himself down. It is a long, drawn out process. Because unlike Pok'im, he is fairly even for bugbear standards. Even after, he trails dust for a while, though pays it not much mind. "You doin' alright, sis?"Vruuk asks Kulsee, noting the gears turning in her face.
(@Wreck Better option than going "Hm... It seems in the DM's guide there's a number of cursed items like the 'girdle of femininity', some potions, even a ring too for gender changing! *clicks tongue* But where to put these in game...")
"I imagine that sword won't do me much good anymore young one, yeah you can have it" He will say waving his hand. As the Lizardfolk shows him the ring, Hagger will grab it and move it around in his hand a moment... His face turning hard before handing it back. "Yeah I don't need that either.... " he will say as he turns away and looks out the window puffing on his pipe.

Hagger will stand up, scratching his stubble on his chin and shuffle over to the map. "OOHHH... I havn't looked at that thing in years. You can take it if you wanna pull it off the wall and remove it from the frame. I thinkThat map is probably... 50 years old... maybe 60... it is hard to tell. SleepyTimbers used to be a mining town until the silvermine dried up. He will say before taking a puff on his pipe.
"No, I think you all have done enough. This place looks like it is clean enough that it can go another 50 years or so before needs it again.." He will say with a gruff laugh before handing each of you another five gold for helping. "Tell your mom and dad that I appreciate them sending you all to help" He will say looking away from Ash towards the ground, not used to thanking people very often. "Uh... If you guys are ever in the area or anything, I mean you all weren't completely terrible having around... if you wanted you could stop over for food again.. I guess.. if you wanted.. BUT NOT ALL THE Time.. this isn't a soup kitchen." The old man will say puffing on his pipe before turning to sit at the kitchen table.
Kulsee definitely takes the map down and out of the frame, rolling it up to take back home. "Thanks for having us, appreciate the food and the coin. We'll pass on your message, and we'll see you around I guess." Kulsee says as she gets ready to head out with everyone.
