Yeah, it just looks like a nice cart with no real way to tell who it belongs to or anything from where you are looking. You are quite a bit away looking from above it so a lot of what you see is the top of the cart.
Veng notices that the barkeep has moved back behind the bar standing with his arms folded once again the same way he was when you all walked in the door. Occasionally looking from person to person checking to make sure no one is looking for more to drink or planning to start trouble.
(@Wrecks I'm aware. I'm referring to him having more information before I just flat out run off needlessly. But meh, Vruuk will follow the cart further just in case.)

Like Vruuk, Pok'im's squints at the cart (Religion Check 17 and Perception check 9). He whispers to Vruuk "what dose squiggly pictures and letters say Vruuk? Pok'im sees a 'Ay' a 'aitch' and a 'Jay'!"
Cinders listens to what Veng says nodding along as he scratches Vignars ear. When Veng mentions talking to the Barkeep, Cinders offers to go talk to him and unless Veng or Gin say others hops off his seat and wanders over towards the dwarf. "Kind sir, I was hoping you could provide me some more information on that scary woman." As he says this, he moves his hood back just enough for the Dwarf to see his face and recognise that he is a Kobold and not a small humanoid. "Having seen how you treat the other Kobold, I think I have judged you correctly and as you can see, I have reason to want to know why that Woman is doing what she does.." he trails off.
***Pokim and Vruuk, neither one of you can see any markings of note on the cart to easily identify it. I had intended for you to make your perception checks and if that passed then the religion check would come into play.. but neither one of you scored high enough on the perception check :D***
The cart starts leaving the front of the church and begins making its way towards the nicer side of town. It is going at a much more leisurly pace and you assume that the only person in the cart is the driver. (make me stealth and acrobatics/atheltics if you are going to try to keep up your stealthy batman plan :D)
So as Cinders approaches the bar and reveals his face to the dwarf, the kobold notices the dwarf's eyes widen just a tiny big before returning to his normal stone faced expression. "Strife over there is a regular" The black burly dwarf says with a nod towards the kobold. "He works hard for his coin and he deserves a nice beer.. more than many of my other patrons around here" He says looking to the table on the far side of the room for Gin and Veng where a couple of men sit quietly talking between themselves... completley oblivious to anything that has gone on so far in the room. "That scary woman... well... I don't know how scary she is... at least not to me and my kind" he says in a much quieter voice as to not be heard by any other listening ears. "I don't know much about her.. other than she comes around here when she wants to find people to perform a.. special job... that she doesn't want to do herself." The dwarf whispers before looking around and continuing again. "You can tell by the robes that the woman and her two bodyguards all warship the silver lady by the robes they wear... they much be pretty important in the church because most warshipers only wear robes like that on special occasions or if they are a big deal..... but that is all I know... I try to keep out of the affairs of others if I can help it" The dark haired dwarf would say backing away and looking for a glass to clean.
"Holy Snapping Arseholes, they're getting away Vruuk, we'd better follow" Pok'im says to his fellow caped (well not exactly) crusader. Poki'm is so going to have get a cape. (Stealth Roll 10 & Athletics Roll 16). Pok'im may not - in his excitement - have been as quiet as he hoped.
Once the dwarf is finished saying what he has to say and backs off, Cinders nods in thanks pushes his hood back up and walks back to Veng and Gin. Once he is back in his original seat next to Vignar he turns to Veng and and says in a quiet voice, "Didn't you say that in the story Ma and Pa told, that The Silver Lady was no more? Well according to the Dwarf bartender, there still is a Silver Lady and she could be who is behind the attack on our home."
Vruuk grunts his approval and starts to follow. He couldn't be sure why, but he had the unmistakable desire to pull his fur back into a pony tail the longer he ran along the roofs. And maybe don a domino mask while he was at it.
The dog takes a moment to sniff around for any food scraps quick and then follows the kobold. Veng changes his face but his clothing hair and body shape are still that of Brunt. As you all walk outside (assuming gin is coming as well, if she wants to do anything inside the bar we can make that happen) you see no signs at all of your bugbear brothers... you have not seen them since you entered the town and for all you know they may have never succeeded in entering the town.

Before the cart can get too far Vruuk squints at again more closely, and finds...

Veng makes movements. He just watches the unknown Kobold, the bartender and the door.

"Not all stories are true and not all things worshiped exist...still it bears looking into"
"So should we go find our two brothers and work out what is next?"
" I think so. Let's go."
Once outside, stealth 13 and I'm going to keep this body and hair but change to the face of first guard I saw.
Cinders gets up, turns to Vignar telling him to stay before walking to the door and then telling the Mastiff to come.
AH: 13
Once the Mastiff joins him (If the dog did what it was told) he will give him a scratch and wait out the front for his two siblings.
Vruuk grunts his approval and starts to follow. He couldn't be sure why, but he had the unmistakable desire to pull his fur back into a pony tail the longer he ran along the roofs. And maybe don a domino mask while he was at it.
