OOC: He moved 5 feet towards you (next to you) then hit you and move the rest of his 25 feet of movement away. Unless you cannot split your movement like that. He started out 5 feet away, he moved next to you when he saw you were paralized, hit you with his sword, and then ran away.

Which means that it is not an automatic crit. It is only a normal hit with advantage.
I don't think that's right. It just says the creature has to be within 5 feet of you. It doesn't say it has to be within 5 feet of you when they become paralyzed. I think that just means they can't be ranged attacks. And, yes, Wreckzors, you can split your movement.
OK - I hadn't thought about as preventing critical ranged attacks which makes sense. Wreck - what count for HP do you think that Pok'im should be on as I took some away as well.

THIS, If you are paralized, I think that any creature that attacks you within 5 feet gets advantage / crits. This is exactly what I was thinking. As for damage, I had removed 7 HP from your sheet because of your rage resist :D
***Cinders is up! Currently all three enemies have ran around the corner and are not visible to anyone (Even pokim because he cannot turn his head far enough to see them)***
Cinders takes off running down the hall along side Vignar. He is able to just make it just about to the corner of the hallway, next to his brother. Pokim frozen in place as blood runs down from his shoulder. He can hear shouting back and forth and hear footsteps but cannot yet see around the corner.

Pok'im's Wisdom save = 1 and that's all she wrote as Pok'im stands there with his mouth open and a dribble of saliva running from the corner of his mouth.

"Brother!" Vruuk runs up and past Pok'im a ways into the intersection, nearly running over Cinder in the process. "Brother!" He starts to reach out to shake him, but hearing (and maybe seeing) the cultist run out off to the side, he growls ferally, and....
Wis Save(DC 15): 9.
Bonus Action: Second Wind for 2.
He turns fully to the noise, and lets out a bestial roar! "YOU'LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE, MEAT!!!" He yells as takes up his Warhammer and goes charging after them. If he get within 10ft of the slowest Cultist, long-limbs are put to work dashing the man against the hallways. If not, he continues to dash after them, heedless of any trap that might await. No matter how things go, Vruuk's bone will pop and fur start to bristle and grow ever at a startlingly rate.
(I am going to say you were 20 feet from the intersection, so you could move a total of 10 fee down the left hallway... so add 10... I would say you could probably hit any of the three cultists because of where they all started their turns when they went to move 30ft away.... so which one are you attacking?)
Pokim tries to break loose from the spell but is unable to do so....
Vruuk...Seeing the men fleeing from you, you spot the cultist with blood driping from the weapon in his hand and you swing hard with your war hammer. The hammer lands hard in the center of his back as you lunge forward and extend your reach as far as you can to land the blow in him. There is a loud crack as the war hammer sinks deeper into the body than one would expect as he is driven down and smashed into the floor.
(@DDP: Its not concentration, so no unfortunately. Don't think he can attack with it however, without seeing the weapon/target of said attack even partially? *shrug*)

Carmir suspects the cultists are on the run, so he moves 15 feet to the hallway and 45 feet up the hallway, extinguishing the bonfire as he goes. He stops by Pok'im to see why the bugbear is just standing there. "What are you doing?!"
Yeah but it is only a crit if he was already within five feet and I thought we agreed that he had to cover at least five feet?

All fixed. I've now got Pok'im at 17 HP

Cinders will look at Vignar and point at the fleeing cultists. "Follow!" he will command in Draconic.
AH: 10
He will also chase after the cultists on his little legs.

Did the spiritual weapon disappear?

(OOC: It has a 60ft casting range but it doesn't say anything about it having to stay within site of the creator but yeah, I will say it goes away)
The Spectral dagger twists and disappears as the cultists flee.....
(I mean, I do think it would stick around but since he cannot really see anyone to attack with it.. it is just better for it to go away)

Pok'im struggles to answer and all that happens is the dribble of saliva increases.
