(No, the way i see things playing out is that Gaelin finished his ritual, then gave the others around you the high sign to go prompting Mucor's wall of thorns that signaled Aryn to release her arrow that she had prepared. I try not to let semantics and technicalities take away from the flow of the game. Sometimes rules don't feel realistic, so as as long as you declare your intent beforehand, you good... 90% of the time. I reserve the right of the 10%. :) )

Gaelin will sing a lil song of inspiration for Zinamer and JInara in their minds. "Come on Zinmaer, Oh I swear by this bear, at this moment, just kill everything. Jinara I confess, how can I express, at this moment kill everything." while running 60ft SE (movement for both rounds) and will cast Eldritch Blast at the southernmost hound followed by a Fireball at the southernmost cluster.
Zinmaer would hear the guards shriek in pain and he would know it was his cue. If there was any fear in his mind, it had certainly left him when he had heard Gaelic's voice sing. He would plant his foot and make a mad dash to the nearest guard to our right (using the dash as his action to get within base contact if possible).
(Definitely have enough with that. You are SW of the western guard at the entrance. You have your action, bonus and movement for the combat round remaining which you can go ahead and post.)

Seeing the two hounds caught in the thorns, Gaelin's fireball explode on the southernmost group and Zinmaer at the other guard near the entrance she would turn her gaze to the closer patrol group. She would aim for the hellhound with her first shot. (If its still alive she'll hit it again, if not the eastern guard.) Then make her way towards the entrance, 140 feet west (bonus to dash each time) as she released another arrow.

Jinara would poke his head around the corner, seeing the entrance guards addressed and the southern cluster addressed, he would take aim at the cluster in the middle. He will click his boots and fly up on the on the roof just close enough to see the 2 clusters of guards. Once in position, he would land on the roof (w/ stealth 12) and will cast Fire Bolt at the hound in the middle cluster Attack: 19 Damage: 13
(If Jinara is targeted and the attack roll is 16-20, he would cast Shield as a reaction making his AC 21. If the attack is 21+ he would take the hit)
On my Turn
He would target the other two guards in the cluster with a twinned spell Fire Bolt. If being targeted, he would step back to gain cover.
#1 Attack: 17 Damage: 22 (if atk is at advantage [not sure] here is the 2nd 22)
#2 Attack: 25 Damage: 24 (if atk is at advantage [not sure] here is the 2nd 20)

Mucor would race towards the front of the orphanage while looking back to Button and the armored bears. "Quick, get to the front doors.. don't let anyone in or out!" he would shout as spores swirl around behind him. As he approaches the enemies on the front steps, he would point his staff and cast erupting earth on any remaining hellhounds that were next to a living guard.

16 (Safe travels Jinara and ZInmaer!)
Gaelin's first bolt goes wide as the second slams into the side of the hound a split second before the two guards are engulfed in a fireball. Only the hound remains standing and seemingly unphased by the flames. Zinmaer rushes forward and slashes two deep wounds into the guards torso before using his palm to uppercut the guards's nose, caving in the front of his face and causing bone shards to enter the guard's brain.
Aryn's first arrow sinks into the guard's skull dropping him instantly. The second arrow pierces into the hell hound's chest and heart causing the hound to falter for a second before slumping to the ground. As Aryn runs she pulls back and releases a third arrow that lodges in the guard's throat. He clutches his neck as he falls to his knees and suffocates. The second guard watches in horror as his companion chokes to death before a firebolt bursts through his chest. He turns slightly and tilts taking a half step before falling to the ground.
The hounds try to free themselves from the grasping vines of the wall but succumb to the needle like thorns. Only the far south hell hound remains and it rushes forward towards Gaelin getting within 30 ft before the earth beneath it erupts upward slowing its progress but it remains upright. Jinara throws two firebolts at it but they impact the upturned earth around the creature.
Aryn will draw another arrow and release it at the last hound (Using fighting spirit to give advantage.) before moving north around the thorns towards the entrance and hides against the building wall.
The arrow flies true and slams into the top of the hounds skull as it charges towards Gaelin. The body tumbles down some of the rubble and comes to rest at the feet of Gaelin.

You make your way around the entrance. As you enter the area of silence your ears tingle and the ambient sounds of nature disappear as a wave of deafening silence overcomes you. The two large wooden doors and lack of windows beside them reiterate the somber setting. The two bears move to either side of the thorn wall and watch your flanks.
Aryn will help or have Mucor help her investigate for traps. If there are no traps Aryn would telepathically check with the group to make sure they were ready. If all are ready she would pull out her two swords and open the door.
Mucor bursts forth silently into the large open area that appears to be a formal atrium with bookshelf lined walls full of various tomes and scripts. Standing within are four cultists accompanied by 2 hell hounds. Each of you make your way through the large double doors except for Jinara who stays just outside the open doorway.

Aryn will help or have Mucor help her investigate for traps. If there are no traps Aryn would telepathically check with the group to make sure they were ready. If all are ready she would pull out her two swords and open the door.
