"Then we are in accord my friends! Shall I tell Fergus, or would one of you like to?" Enog says triumphantly as they walk through the streets, winding their way towards the inn.
Fergus sees the smug look on Enog's face and shakes his head sadly. "So Priest! Do I take your self-satisfied look to mean you have decided to head south to the Dernall, and have conviced the others to join you. Well I have said you are the wisest amongst us but in this instance I feel you have let your personal desire to impress that elfin lass outweigh your good sense.
As for the rest of you, may the Gods bless your journey and I hope you find success. I will be heading north to do what I can to actually aid the people of this kingdom."
With that Fergus will drain his mug of ale and retire to his room for the night.
OOC: So, life has thrown me a curveball and our landlord has decided to sell the house we are living in. So I now have to move and do so in short notice. I don't think I will be able to contribute the way I should so I am going to step aside. Good luck and have fun.

As for me, I choose to believe that an extinct thunder lizard is running a game of Dungeons & Dragons via Twitter!
Stormbringer tries to dissuade Fergus from parting company, eventually after realizing it is a lost cause he insists the nobleman join him for a farewell drink. "Well Graysmith, it has been a pleasure to trek with you and I wish you luck on your quest." As Fergus rises to go Enog calls after him, "May the Storm refresh you my friend!"
Krisnen bows his head as Fergus departs, he is not unaccustomed to seeing folks come and go giving his upbringing but he felt a battle bond having fought alongside Fergus, "May your roads always be crafted by the finest smiths" he says in a low tone before looking to Enog and Sarmya, "Do either of you need to need to gather any supplies before moving on?"
OOG So, without Auberginian, we have two options: either we continue in three, or we find someone else. I can easily adjust each encounter for three. Of course If Auberginian decide to come back, he will be welcome.
OOC: I wouldn't mind taking on an extra, this game is inherently slower than your STK game so I am not sure GMoat or Argent would be as happy here, but maybe Firehawk?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I've no money for supplies of any real consequence master monk..." The half orc shrugs "I suppose we can scavenge whatever we need from wherever the storm takes us." Stormbringer looks thoughtful then adds, "was there something you had a mind to pick up?"
ooc: I'm down for whatever. I'm really enjoying this game, and good news, I'm back to a more regular schedule now that holiday is over. 3 ...here's hoping for some decent hp. Hmm not too bad. I just found out my character sheet file is corrupted so now i've got to re build it... errrgh. alright well.
Proceeding toward the Dernall Forest takes a bit more than one day. Once at the edge of the forest, the party can see how dense the canopy is, how thick the undergrowth. As long as the party travel trough it, you have disadvantage on Perception during the day, and darkness during the night. The party members, or the navigator, make a Survival check.

OOG also, let me know if you need something else to do in the city, like acquiring or selling items.
[The party gain 100 XP each for the information acquired and the report to the High King. You are now at level 2.]
Ooc: have we gained any gold at all?
Not that I recall, but you have some extra weapons from the ship. you can sell those.
OOC: Yay! Level 2. 1 New HP!
My character here has been updated to include the new HP and level up
I can definitely allow you to take the average value for the hp. 1 is not nice
OOC: I certainly would appreciate it! :-)

Long days and pleasant rolls to everyone.
ooc: what's our xp total? I know we are 2nd lev now, but are we at the threshold or above?
Oog you exactly at 300 xp. All right, so can we go into that mystical forest?
OOC: Yes, proceed to the Mystical Forest! :D
