Death saving throw: 6

Nate watches as Quinn's blade narrowly misses the injured goblin and then sees Idalie release an arrow from her longbow. While he can't see directly into the room, he realizes that the arrow missed its mark given Idalie's reaction the moment she let the arrow loose. Then, to Nate's horror he hears Omnia yell out in pain. He can't see what happened but from the sounds of the Bugbear and also Omnia's yell of pain he realized that things were starting to get dire. 

Nate yells out to the others: "I can help her! I just need to get to her and it's suicide if I run in there now...."

Nate quickly returns his daggers to their sheaths and chants some incomprehensible words as he raises one of his hands into a fist and then immediately opens his hand as his fingers shoot out into the air directly in front of the face of the injured goblin that is outside of the room with us. 

Nate casts Poison Spray on the injured goblin. If the goblin fails on the CON saving throw, here's the damage roll: 12

We have time. A few turns. Assuming of course they don't attack her unconscious body which I doubt they will do vs. attacking the imminent threats to them.

That was my rationale... Let's see how this goes!! :)

Goblin Con Save: 10

(Nate projects a puff of Poison from his palm. It nails the injured Goblin in the face, who lets out an agonizing scream as his face melts off!)

Quinn, you're up.

DM I take it the first death save was a success

Oh yes, sorry. 

Quinn after narrowly dodging the goblins attack, returns with an attack of his own.

Attack: 10 Damage: 7

(Quinn attacks the remaining Goblin and manages to cut deep into his left shoulder. The Goblin is hurt and looks desperate.)

Idalie, you’re up.

Seeing Omnia fall, leaving Bess alone and undefended in the face of the bugbear's wrath fills Idalie's chest with panic. Her promise seeming like such flimsy protection as one of their own lies bleeding and their enemy mocks them. Despite the dire circumstances however, the gnome does her best to shove doubt and fear to the side. Her own anger growing as Quinn and Nate face the two goblins just in front of them, she once again aims past them. This time at the bugbear himself.

Attack: 10 Damage: 8

(Idalie goes after Sarris with her bow, but Sarris easily dodges the arrow. Bess looks on, terrified, as Sarris roars.)

Brom, you're up

Seeing Omnia fall Brom almost lost his cool seeing this type of thing too many times before. But he took a breath and put the two axes away switching to his sheild and hammer "Im going for Sarris and his ugly girl friend to hold them off, you guys get Omnia and Bess" he said before charging into the room and straight towards Sarris. He wondered how much he'll be laughing with a goliath charging at him with a war hammer. As Brom got with in range he swung his hammer with all his might using both hands 

Attack: 18

On hit: 10

Im prepared to use stones endurance once some lands an attack on me to reduce the damage )

(Brom rushes at Sarris and swings his Warhammer in a mighty blow! Sarris is barely able to raise his own Warhammer just enough to parry the blow.

The remaining hurt Goblin lashes out blindly with his sword, going after Quinn.)

Attack: 21 Damage: 6

(Somehow, by sheer bad luck, Quinn takes a pretty good sized gash on his left arm, which starts bleeding heavily. 

Sarris roars and tries to squash Brom with his own Warhammer!)

Attack: 15 Damage: 8

 (Brom, full of rage, is ready, and manages to block the blow in such a way that the Warhammer goes flying from Sarris hands, landing a few feet in front of him. Sarris now has no weapon!

The Shaman continues the ritual, holding his turn.)

Omnia, go ahead and roll another straight 20 death save. Nate, you're up next.

DMs note: Just so you guys understand what happened, Sarris rolled a 1, or Crit Fail. Usually, something bad happens at the DMs discretion.

Nate starts to realize the situation is getting very dire for Omnia, and while all he wants to do is reach out and heal Quinn, he knows that Omnia doesn't have much time. He sees Brom and Sarris just getting right into it and thinks that this is his his best chance. He glances over to Idalie and tosses her a First Aid Kit (the one he got from Bess's dad). "If this goes bad, you'll need this." 

Spoiler for Idalie:

 "COVER ME!"

He runs as fast as he can over to Omnia's body. He lays both of his hands down on Omnia's chest (directly on her heart) and quickly whispers a short phrase and casts Cure Wounds on her unconscious body. 5

Question for the DM: did I just accidentally cause/give an opportunity attack on myself for the goblin that is fighting with Quinn because I am disengaging from that combat?

If I did - oops... rookie mistake. Let's see what happens!

DMs note: Nate, in a regular game, yes. Some DMs (myself included) don't like to deal with Attacks of Opportunity and such, so you get a pass this time around. Your next DM might have different rules, though. :)

(Omnia's body convulses and she doesn't look so good, but Nate comes to her aid, throwing caution to the wind and running past the Goblin so quickly he doesn't even have time to react. Nate lays his hands on Omnia, passes the Javelin thru, and casts Cure Wounds, healing the wound. Omnia opens her eyes and is helped to her feet by Nate.)
