Loud and abrupt laughter fill the hut, "this dwarf amuses me much." the laughter dies. "you will go now dwarf, use your wounds as motivation, be strong like the orc and hurry back soon. there are many hours left still in the day and you want to be in the cover of the foot hills by night fall."
"bessssst not tesssssst the patience of the warchief." Neela begins, "i sssssense he frussssssterated about the losssss of Bruuta in the Mock Groc, although he doesss not yet ssshow it. Ssssee the blacksmith on the way out if you need anything but i doubt you will find any usssseful magical itemsssss, the orcsss are weary of what they do not fully underssstand."
Okay so you and neela head out to the south, your survival skill and vague recollection of where you were before the orcs ambushed you and knocked you unconscious and brought you to their stronghold places you just on the other side of Neverwinter wood, according to this map (fromhttp://media.wizards.com/2015/images/dnd/resources/Sword-Coast-Map_HighRes.jpg) from which you vaguely recalling seeing once back home while another dwarf went on about fortune favoring the bold and treasure awaits or some hard sell like that.
The only problem, is that after a few hours of travelling, you're not seeing any foothills...
as the sun beings to set upon the land, neela's voice peircces your mind. "it sssseems we've been going the wrong way dwarf. the orcssss sssaid we'd reach the foothillssss by nightfall and the sun is setting behind usss we need to turn right and head in that direction.."
in saying that, you begin to see fog in the near distance, a bog or a swamp. Perhaps your gut feeling was wrong, it appears now that you may be approaching the evermoors...
yes, thats definitely the evermoors, now that you think about it... well according the information you have now acquired, nightfall is fast approaching.
Do you set up camp for the evening or continue on in hopes of reaching the foothills by the light of the rising sun?
you are shaken awake and now bear a gnarly lightning bolt style burn across your face and chest, you fall asleep however and get through the rest of the night with no further issue.
it takes you more that half a day of travel but you begin to see the change of the landscapes in the distance and before too long you've reached your destination. Survival Check!

"Thanks! Neela, have you been to this cave before? Do you know the way?"
"only the ssssame rumorsss that have found their way back to the warchief." she replies as she curls herself around
*you gain Neela, as a magic item*
Warchief, is there somewhere I can rest before I head out? And are there any healing supplies you can provide in case I run into trouble?

I take my leave and look to see if there's a path or evidence of any tracks heading south from the camp.6 survival check
