Felicity tries to parry the troll's blows: DEX 9

And gets hit very hard for 44 dmg

Ooof, yup. Felicity is just a bit to slow to get out of the way and takes the full brunt of the attack.

That brings us to J'Anna.

J'Anna will use her bonus action to place her Hexblade Curse (Against the cursed target, you gain a 4 bonus to damage rolls, score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and you regain +7 HP if it dies) on the troll and then strikes, casting green-flame blade as she swings...

Attack: 22 Damage: 37

After striking she prepares to cast shield if she takes a hit

Nice hit! You wail on the Troll for 37 DMG. You can see and hear that you hurt it as it lest outs an unintelligible shriek and a massive wound open on it's side.

That brings us back to the top with Rend.

Rend would lower his shield and stab wildly towards the troll "Is that the best you can do! It is going to take more than a pair of trolls to keep me form completing my task for Tessa!"

Attack: 18 Damage: 14
Attack: 19 Damage: 13

Rend yelling at the Troll stabs it twice causing 27 dmg total.

That bring us to Halizthan

Halizthan will quickly start to wave his hand to start another Firebolt, letting it fly towards the creature.

Firebolt: Attack: 18 Damage: 16

The firebolt lands doing another 20 DMG and the troll staggers. You can all tell it's seriously injured. One of the heads starts yelling at the other heads in a language you don't understand.

Felicity is up.

Felicity raises her lightsaber and yells out, "Have faith and ye shall be saved!" 

She casts Mass Healing Word on her bonus with a 4th level slot and everyone is healed for: 10; Felicity herself is healed for that amount plus 6

On her action she starts thrusting with her Mind Rapier: 16 Damage: 9 + 7 Psychic + 5 Radiant

Feliicity releases her healing word and stabs the troll for a total of 17 DMG KILLING IT. (killing it for real. 1 point over it's mark)

It falls down bleeding out and you can see it's not going to regenerate.

Rend will give it a quick stab just to be sure. "Welp, I am ready to keep going!" the kobold will say with a smile.

Halizthan will make his way over to them once the troll is surely dead, stepping over to the side so he did not walk to close. "Well now that it is dead shall we venture fourth?"

(Ha! Yeah 80k total to next lvl You guys are 18.3K total right now. 12 to 13 is the first 20K mark, kind of a milestone. You guys will defiantly get there before you reach the ruined tower. Or die trying :) hehe.)

"Next stop, dragon lair!" the kobold will shout as he points his spear off into the distance.

Felicity after your killing blow you think to yourself. Trolls are kinda known for hoarding stuff.

"Trolls are known for boarding stuff," says Felicity.

She ties up the Troll's dead body and asks, "I have a few spare seconds, want me to cast Revivify then Geas on this thing so it can lead us to its hoard?"

She turns to Halizthan, "I know you in particular like treasure."

"I would like to see what it has been hording...there may be stuff we can use against the dragons or to help in our quest." J'Anna says.

"I do not think we should waste our resources to reviive these things. If we are to face a dragon we should be prepared."Halizathan says as she crossed his arms. "But it could be a good idea to search for this hoardmif it does not take long."

Rend will look around, spinning his ring on his finger. "Didn't that troll that attacked us come out of a cave? Maybe we should check that out" The kobold would say as he makes his way towards a the ledge the troll came from. "Also, the dead people you talk to don't normally like to answer any of your questions" The kobold would say with a smile.
