As the document is given to Wraeven, his black bird launches around the group in a variety of figure eights, black mist begins to emanate from the scroll and spill over the edge and a well-formed scrawl appears.

Also, As Mobya places the small, pale yellow goblin cub on her hip, Alesandair, Agozur, and Mobya notice a small mark on the child's foot.

Hooray, and focus on what you do understand then, and you can always try an insight check or investigation check to have your character do some deductive reasoning.

Wakarusa reads the letter. He makes sure that everyone is able to read it as well. 

He looks at the mark on the baby's foot.  "Do all the babies have a similar mark?"

Ayra is it? I couldn't help but notice that lyre on the side of your backpack. Do you ever jam? Do you like to tickle the strings?  I pull my Pan Flute out of a pocket and wet my lips with way to much saliva . Back on my parents farm I was known to make even the birds jealous of my songs. i begin to play a song on the pan flute

I blow super hard into the pan flute in a show of over confidence and it flies from my hands into a large pile of mud. Damn.... I meant to do that. Would have been to beautiful a song for these small babies ears.... Ya

Ayra has to suppress a giggle at the half-orc's performance, but appreciates the gesture of friendliness all the same.

Wraeven, with your 9, you can't think of much more with an initial read through, but having come from the Spires, you figure that someone from that major city should be able to point you in the direction of Tempori.

[and that was hilarious Lil, I couldn't have said it better. When I saw your six, I was going to say you played something equivalent to Hot, Cross, Buns on the recorder like a 4th grader, but I like yours better hahaha.]

and, turning to Wraeven, "It looks like this is the quest we have been called to complete."

She steps toward the babies to take a closer look, and examines the mark on the tiny goblin's foot.  

Make a perception or investigation check Ayra.

Mobya gets a good energy emanating from Arya and feels comfortable handing her the tiny goblin from her hip, then she reaches into the basket and picks up the tiny hobgoblin and the baby orc and places each one on each side of her hips so that their little feet can also be checked for the mark.

"Oh" Ayra says with surprise as the dwarven woman passes her the small yellow child. She has never held a baby before and is relieved as the tiny goblin coos and gurgles at her.  She sings a soft song to comfort the child and herself while taking the child's foot gently in her hand to examine the mark closely.

With one of the most beautiful songs any of you have heard in quite some time, the three babes are completely entranced by Ayra's song. She focuses so much on the song itself that her ability to look at the cubs for markings is not incredibly successful, but anyone attempting to examine the marks gains advantage as a result of their calm. (advantage means you can roll a second d20 and take the higher roll of the two then add your modifier).
