For a moment it almost looks like she's going to make it, but one leg stays goblin sized as she starts to slide under the door, and by the time it turns into a rat sized leg she has lost her momentum. Skeekbad stays stuck halfway under the door in rat form, and tries to back her way out.

You're able to open the lock and open the double door. It is a large storeroom filled with barrels and crates. There is a lift in the southeast corner that is currently up at the floor level you are one. There is a block and tackle pulley with a rope tied off to a pillar nearby holding the lift up. You find Jallmur halfway in a broken window and another window opposite the window Jallmur broke.

The little bit you could see was a bed and a chair in the corner of the room.
Gizzmo thinks that the growling stopped and that the dog is asleep on the other side of the door. Wensa picked the padlock and went in the storage room. Gizzmo thinks that it might be a good idea if he went there also to see if Jallamar needs help. At least that way most of them will be in the same spot and can figure out what they need to do next.
Skeekbad will scurry back up the stairs and return to Goblin form so she can communicate with her comrades.
"Who-mon guard coming, goblins must be hiding! They knows something breaks into human-tent. Something called Jalbilly. Skeekbad hopes Jalbillies don't eat goblins. Hiding, where can goblins be hiding?!"
Jallmur gets his back end through the window and says hi to the other goblins. He doesn't check to see if any guards are still outside.
"Jallmur is back! Fleshy men are looking for Jallmur and other goblins to eat them! We should probably hide."

Are you going to ignore the guards? Then yeah, you can make a stealth check if you're trying to hide. You're in a room full of crates and barrels, a storeroom.
The door is slammed open striking both dogs, waking them from their slumber. Both slowly get up and are looking at you from the manager's office. They begin to show their teeth. You hear a human yelling. "Oi! Prick! Come down here right ******* now or we're coming in!" You hear a whistle blow a few times.

Wensa dives for the storage room yelling “Wensa wand up big dogs! Doors close!” With that she tries to slam the doors shut and work on barricading them.
(Not sure what all you want me to roll for that so I’ll give you a couple)

Not sure what happened with my browser but was re-reading the thread and saw there were two guards. Not sure if Gizzmo knows this.
Did he ever find what became of his spell casting?
That's what the perception check was for. To see if you heard the yelling outside. And you no longer hear the growling so you assume it worked.
