Jorin groggily takes the offered cup from Quillary, raises it in a weak toast, then takes a long pull. Looking much more like himself after the sweet necter, he nods and says, "Thank you, Quillary. A fine fight, that was!" and goes back to ministrating on the grievously injured.
At Rooster's words, Hildigrim's scowl immediately rises into a look of surprise. And as the words sink in, the halfling begins to grin. He places his thumbs into his belt and looks around, rocking on his heels a little. "A song?" he asks. "About us?" He hops down off the stage and rushes over to Jorin, slapping the human on the upper thigh. "Jorin, those were specters!" He coughs out a single laugh. "And the bard wants to compose a song about us. We're going to be famous adventurers!" He pulls out a chair at their table and beckons Rooster. "Come! Sit! I'll tell you all about us." He waves to get a barmaid's attention, who is probably busy recovering from the disturbance, but Hildigrim's too excited to notice. "We were just tonight recognized as the cleansers of Dynnegall and the Tarthwood Forest," he says with a knowing smile.
Rooster also walks over to Jorin, and helps him to his feet.
The barmaids do not notice Hildigrim trying to get their attention. As he guessed, they are still recovering from the disturbance.
Rooster thinks some more. "I don't know when that ghost entered my body. But now that I think about it, I've been cold since the meetings I had in the morning. Maybe it happened then, and waited until now to do some mischief."

"That is personal property!" Drusk is a little apologetic, but he was curious about what a bard would have.
Only Quillary was close enough to notice what Drusk observed. (Post 2271 DM rolls for perception.) The party can ask her (or Drusk) later, but for now, this is for Quillary only:
Most of Rooster's bag had clothes, musical instrument maintenance tools, and personal items. But there was also a disguise kit, and a pouch of rations that smelled like fragrant, perfumed mushrooms.
It would not be unusual for play performers to have disguise makeup, or for them to relax during the night with "special" mushrooms. But you would have thought different of Rooster, a dignified minstrel.
In any case, while this is an oddity, bards and performers can be an odd lot anyways. If Quillary never sees Rooster again, it won't matter.
At this point, the (relatively new) owner of the Stag-Horned Flagon storms down the stairs from the 2nd level, and yells out. (Since Amphail was killed by trolls, her initial outburst indicates calamity.) "Amphail's trolls! I can’t do anything without you adventuring types getting in the way! Go-go-go-go-go!" She ushers you outside as quickly as possible, complaining loudly about needed to repair her tavern yet again due to “those meddling adventurers”.

Everyone got ushered out. The owner has closed the tavern until further notice.
It is late evening (still some time before midnight). As it mentions on the Campaign Page, during the celebration of Simril, most people will be staying awake until dawn.
The 3 adventurers will not be teaming up. Between being intoxicated and being reduced to 0 hp, they will be taking a Long Rest before they are in good enough shape to do anything.
Your group does remember that the dwarf thief mentioned being cold as he walked by the statue of Amphail in the town center (posts 2180-2181).
To answer Jorin's question, the party noticed this before you went to Dynnegall (post 1235):
You pass a tavern called the Stag-Horned Flagon, but it is closed, with a sign on the door reading: "Repairs finished soon. Re-opening at the start of Howldown, under new management."
