The 2 wolves missed Drusk, and one of the scarecrow slashes did 6 damage to Drusk.
Drusk killed Wolf1 with a critical hit. Jorin hit with both attacks (just barely with the battle-ax), which killed Wolf2.
Quillary attacked the Scarecrow. She inflicted 2 necrotic with her nimbus of spores. Her attack might have missed (9), except she emerged from hiding, making her swing more effective (7+6 = 13 for the Advantage). Her spell-enhanced club does another 12 damage.
Pascal lets loose a Firebolt at the scarecrow for 11 more damage.
The werewolf emerges from hiding, biting Quillary for 8 damage. She is able to push it away before its bite can infect her. (DC 12 CON save - she rolls 17+1 = 18.)
Pascal and Hildigrim are a short distance away from the action. Drusk, Quillary, and Jorin are in melee range of an unharmed Werewolf (in hybrid form) and a Scarecrow (25 damage so far). The other 2 wolves (ordinary) are dead. No one is in hiding anymore.
Everyone post their actions for round 2. Include an Initiative roll, and an extra d20 in case I need it.

(OoC: That is the biggest problem I have with concurrent initiative. If a character with low initiative Helps, and then rolls high Initiative the next round, then they are no help at all !
What I will do is this... You can Help, regardless of your Initiative order, provided that neither of you has Delayed. If both characters Delay, then the Help works in that situation.
So in this situation, Hildigrim shoots an arrow at Initiative 10, but he can Help Pascal, even if Pascal has a faster Initiative. If Pascal decided to Delay, then the Help is lost... Volo can also commit to Help-ing anyone this round, even with the slow Initiative.
I reserve the right to change this, if problems come up, or someone thinks of a better way. But for now, try it this way.)

Werewolf (init 20) missed with its bite, but claws Quillary for 10 damage.
Pascal (init 13) shoots a burning Orb at the werewolf, which hits (17) for 13 damage. He sends another Orb at the scarecrow, which would have missed (6) except that Hildigrim was Helping Pascal to attack the scarecrow (23). The scarecrow takes 15 fire damage, which is enough to burn it to ashes.
Jorin (init 10) was a bit conflicted on who to attack, but the exploding scarecrow simplified his choices. The battle-axe does no damage to the werewolf despite a solid strike, but the moon-glow sword does 5 magical damage.
Hildigrim (init 10) shoots an arrow at the werewolf, but misses (11) the agile creature.
Drusk is grateful that Pascal destroyed the Scarecrow (init 7), because it was about to hit Drusk twice for 13 damage.
Quillary (init 4) attacks the werewolf with her magic club. Volo was helping her, but the werewolf was not distracted (2 for the advantage d20). She still connects (14) for 11 magic bludgeoning. The werewolf fails its CON save (11), so it takes another 4 necrotic from Halo of Spores.
Drusk (init 4) sends a Sacred Flame at the werewolf. It is unable to avoid the holy microwaves, and takes 4 radiant damage.
Scarecrow is no more. The werewolf has taken 37 damage so far.
Quillary has taken 18 damage total. (Has not been infected by lycanthropy.) Drusk has taken 6 damage.
