Serifey tries to wave away the stuff with her hands. "Do any of you know what causes green smog?"

Vrailin cleans his face of the green substance and looks at it trying to identigy it. She looks around to see if it came from something they had steped on to avoid doing it again.

Vrailin makes out an oddly shaped kettle like device hidden in a corner.

She points to it so the others could see it too. 

"Be careful for more of this. We should take care."

She continues walking trying to discover more of that devices as they advance.

Serifey frowns at the kettle-thing, unsure. "What is the point of the fog? Are we sure it isn't dangerous?"

"I am not sure. I have no idea what this substance is. Perhaps it was dangerous when it was placed here and now it has lost his effect. This doesn't mean that another ones will still be dangerous, or that it could be dangerous later. I hope is not." She adds finsihing cleaning her face of the substance.

"Maybe we can turn it off?" Serifey approaches the object and looks closer.

"Whatever it is, I must admit that I'm intrigued," Ezal said, stepping forward. Crouching down, he made an attempt to inspect the device more closely. [Perception: 21 ] He looked for a method to remove it from the floor, or at least stop the green smoke from billowing out.

It appears to be a tube, and is attached to something behind the rock. Make more checks for more info

Investigation: 19 ) Serifey tries as hard as she can to figure out this strange device.

Vrailin steps back just enough for them to let check the kettle thing. 

"Or I can just freeze it and hope it won't work anymore " she suggests.

"Good idea!" Serifey backs away from the device to give Vrailin room to freeze it.

If the rest agrees Vrailin outs her hand close to it and cast a Ray of Frost to it. Hoping to destroy it.

The device doesnt change visually, but you can infer that it should be brittle and easy to break now.

Vrailin hits the thing with her quarterstaff to test if their theory worked.
