(ooc: I assume we're meeting in one of our private rooms.)
Elsa plucks her lyre, breathes deeply and blows and little sparkley snowflakes spread across the room. Much like before she casts faerie fire to reveal anything that might be hidden. She uses prestidigitation to color the spell and make it feel atmospheric.
After Gale speaks she offers, "I found a song with lyrics that alluded to 'Gruemar's fate', and a 'dragon's doom'. 'Cut and scattered, scattered and cut' so it would seem." she shivers. "If I've learned anything, it is that all songs hold hidden truths. If he was dismembered and scattered... well, this may be a long journey indeed."
“You’re certainly right on the part of shrines and temples. Bahamut keeps very few, if any, that I know of. If the faithful ever need a place to meet, we meet in the temples of His allies.”
Irthos listens carefully to his siblings as they reveal what they discovered, absent mindedly waving his fingers as he toys with water from a cup as they discuss the matter. With both Gale and Preah mentioning temples to Bahamut a clever smirk appears on his face as he speaks.
"And yet there is a temple involved after all! The so called "Rays of Morn" from the riddle is actually the name of an ancient temple to Bahamut."
He then hesitates for a moment, letting the water he had been toying with splash back into the cup, as an expression that the rest of you all know far too well despite the years apart creeps into his visage, Irthos has clearly found out something more and is deciding how much more he should tell his siblings. After a second's pause he obviously gives in and carries on with the rest of what he found.
"I also discovered another link to Mount Celestia. Our dear friend Kuyutha is none other than Bahamut's Emissary to the Dragonborn. He is also apparently the last paladin of Arkhosia, some long lost ancient empire. Supposedly he is busy training an order of Dragonborn Knights for Bahamut, though to what end I have no idea."
"I see." Elsa pinches her chin between her thumb and forefinger thoughtfully. "All of this information is good, very interesting, but where should we go next? Does Sundabar still make the most sense as a starting point?"
(Assuming the conversation between the first imp was shared with Gale)
Gale nods, "Sundabar because they have another library from which we can seek information? I think we did well enough here regarding Bahamut, Kuyutha and Gruemar. But we still don't understand the 'five feathers' of Gruemar, and we now know an ancient red dragon by the name of Klauth is interested in us. Maybe one more day here seeing if we can find any mention of 'dragon feathers', and 'Klauth the red dragon' before we move to another library?"
"No dear brother, Sundabar does not have a great library such as the House of Knowledge, not insofar as I know. But it will bring us very close to the Nether Mountains, which we believe the riddle refers to as the Peaks of Nether. I believe Preah has contacts in Sundabar that might aid us, and we can pass through Silverymoon on the way, where might find respite a moment. But, if we don't think Klauth's spies will be a further problem here, I'm always willing to spend another day doing research!"She looks to Irthos and Preah hope in her milky white eyes.
With a wide smile Irthos replies to his sister: "You really don't expect me to object to a day hunting around for information do you Elsa?! I think it makes sense to see what we can find while we are here before moving on. Plus we need some time to make travel arrangements anyway, unless we are planning on walking that is..."
He then shakes his head as he muses on a thought before speaking it aloud: "If only we had time to pop down to Candlekeep! I have a friend there who specialises in prophecies and he would love to stick his nose into this. If none of you object then I'll send him a letter tomorrow and tell him whats going on and where we are headed to. He may be able to forward something to us in Sundabar if we're lucky."
Elsa stands and walks over to the door. She looks at her siblings, a bit hesitant, but decides that this is silly and she is being overly cautious. She opens the door slowly with her free hand, lyre still clutched to her chest.
"Well met Zoramie, my name is Elsewhere. How can we help you? My siblings and I have ever been friends to keepers of knowledge."
Elsa opens the door, revealing an elderly human female draped in a simple brown robe and holding a thin ivory-colored staff in her left hand. Her silver hair, remarkably long and straight, reaches her waist, and despite Zoramie's age, her eyes shine with life and energy. She reaches forward with her right hand and grasps Elsa's before saying with a slight smile, "Friends to the keepers of knowledge...but not friends to Old Snarl it would seem."
In a gesture of greeting, the old woman then nods toward Preah, Irthos, and Gale.
"Forgive me of this intrusion, I ask. I suspect no wrongdoing on your part; I seek merely to understand what drew the fiends Rubnub and Grummerzap to the House of Knowledge. I believe I have pressed the truth from both of them, and the truth seems to be that they entered Oghma's House for one reason only: to watch the four of you."
Irthos grins at Zoramie and simply shrugs before he answers:
"We would love to know the answer to that question too! We just found out that we are apparently involved in something ourselves but we're still trying to make sense of it all. That's actually why we came to the House of Knowledge in fact, to see if we could figure out what on earth is going on!"
Preah is confident that Zoramie is not a fiend, nor did she bring any such creatures with her into the room.
The old woman turns her gaze to Irthos and replies, "I seek no conflict with Klauth, and I have no interest in his selfish pursuits; but by sending his lackeys into Oghma's House he compels me, at the very least, to investigate. Furthermore, if possible in this matter, I will fulfill the mandate placed upon me to share knowledge to any who would use it prudently."
Zoramie pauses briefly as she makes eye contact with everyone else in the room. She speaks slowly and deliberately. "Four dragonborn...bearing a riddle...sifting through the lore of Bahamut...watched by Klauth. There is a story here. Undoubtedly. But perhaps it is a story that I am not permitted to know...."
She pauses again, far a much longer period of time. "A riddle is a way to wrap a bit of truth, safely hiding that truth from ones who should not know it. I may be able to aid you in uncovering what lies beneath your riddle."

Elsa's bit of magic creates a rather sublime luminosity; fortunately, it reveals that there are no uninvited guests in the room.

A loud, unexpected knock on the door interrupts the discussion taking place among the four dragonborn.
Preah immediately stands, her instincts from her time in Sundabar kicking in.

Elsa looks around at her siblings, but doesn't stop playing her lyre. "Who is it?" She asks sweetly.

"Greetings, dragonborn," comes the reply in a distinctly female voice. "Zoramie, Steward of the House of Knowledge wishes to speak with you."
Gale dons his shield, a little over cautious, and responds, "And are you Zoramie, or is this a summons?"
"I am Zoramie, and I seek only to protect Oghma's House."
She extends her right hand in greeting.

Just to be cautious, Preah pings her internal radar for Fiends before the conversation goes any further.
