OOC: That is incorrect on sneak attack. Any attack with a finesse or ranged weapon can proc the damage once per turn. However, that said, I just realized that means I can't get sneak attack with my offhand axe like I did on my last round. I will change things up going forward.
Duc sees the axe cut coming just too late but parries it enough to reduce the severity.
Reaction: Parry 10 damage reduction
OOC - where are you seeing that the first attack is the only one which can have sneak attack damage added, I can only see that it can only be applied to one hit.
For ease of rolling against unknown AC it seems better to roll for both attacks and if the first hits use sneak if it doesn't then use the second if that hits.
Edit: Actually I'll just roll after the attacks once and it can be applied to whichever attack is relevant.

OOC: I guess it can be interpreted as either attack. I just read it as once per round so attached it to first. I've only ever played it's first. To be fair I'll say which ever lands.

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
Watching her allies flounder against the onslaught of the Dreads, Alici shouts, "By the four winds..." her words are cut off as she grunts, taking an incoming blow on her shield. "...these things are tough!" Her eyes flick to Retiog, as the Dread in the middle hits him hard, but turns back to her own quarry.
Slashing with her rapier and swinging her shield Alici tries to create an opening for Duc to get in a more deadly thrust.
attack : 21damage : 11sneak attack : 2
athletics : 28shield bash attempting to knock prone
Taking heart from the fall of the first dread guardian Duc charges straight towards the next one thrusting with her rapier as she does. "We have them now, keep on the pressure!"
Retiog shurgs off the one attack from the undead at his back, but takes two more hard hits from the one he is engaged with. With Duc moving in he know they now have the upper hand. "You... Will... Fall... RAWR!" He swings with all his strength with both his weapons.
Scimitar Attack: 21 Damage: 9

(Sneak attack already included in scimitar attack if it hit... Immune to crits from armor, 9 damage taken after rage resist.)
Note: The only entrance/exit the party knows about is @A7/8. The circle in the outer part of the grid is the walls that go up 50ft and have the honeycomb-like burials above. If anyone has an issue with character placement let me know!

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
Nat looks around Dread 3 at his somewhat wounded half-orc companion; You holding in there, buddy? Let me know if it gets bad! Flanking the undead opposite the half-orc, he makes another set of attacks with his short sword and dagger:
Attack: 20 Damage: 5
Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Sneak attack with short sword: 6
(Nat is still at G10, assuming that Retioc is at G8.)
OOC: If everyone could sound off on their movement/current position that'd be great. I'm out and about so I can't comb through everything right now!! Dread 2 and 3 are relatively in the same places.
Alici tries to block the axe with her shield but raises it too late taking a raking gash across the shoulder. She sneers at the Dread and summons her strength striking at it twice.
Dread 3 attacks Nat and Retiog again with battle axe.
