Stones decides that based off of what he was told earlier about the group’s travels and trials, some items would certainly need to be looked for. First, he will search for an item he was first told about from his mentor, a Mac-Fuirmidh Cittern which a special magical instrument for bards. Another item he looks for is one or two Weapon, +1 in the form of scimitars. After that he will go search for healing kits.

”Well! Look at that! A lovely cittern, if somewhat old and worn. You know kind merchant, it’s been awhile since my cittern days but I wouldn’t mind taking it up again. How much to remove this from clogging up your inventory?”
Gash grumbles and mumbles and goes looking for magic. He has his heart set on headband of intellect

after that he will look for various scrolls to make sure he is prepared for anything in the future to help his friends. (How do you want me to determine which scrolls roll for each spell I hope to get?)
Gash accompanies Stones to the magic shop as he found a magical instrument Gash sees something he’s been wishing for all his life... “Excuse me! How much is that headband there?”
“Oh was he? Do you have many of those? I’m also looking for some other items...

if you could get me a quote on that, I’d appreciate it. I think I would also like to sell these gloves of missile snaring. It was an impulse purchase. I had never had that much gold before.”
Gash turns to Stones, “Honestly, I’m not sure. We might be able to stretch it depending on Nev’s sepenoa and whatever that entails...”
“Sounds great. I’m sure Dog won’t mind if I pick up this headband... I’ll take everything. As well as sell you the gloves so that should be about 135gp coming your way and if you have enough materials for 3 castings of find familiar and a brass brazier I can be out of your hair.” Gash’s mood had finally changed. Turns out he loves shopping.
"OH! One more thing... do you have a ring of spell storing? I'd like one of those as well." 2
Keyrie is mostly quiet with a grunt here or there, "I'll watch Genny while you guys go shop." Keyrie will not take her eyes off of Gentoa. "Oh and I have 250 more gold anyone can use, add it to the pool. I don't want to buy anything."
"Yes, you can find spell components in that cabinet on the other side of the room," Bolaz says, pointing to the place. (10 gp to purchase the components per casting.) "The ring I cannot provide, even in a few days. That is one I've not made before. The brazier, though, I have one of those. It is a lovely item and very rare. 2000 gold is a good deal for it. A nonmagical brazier will be 10 gold."
Dog has come into the Crystal Maze with Gash and is also looking at the headband of intellect. "Are there two of these? I would like to buy one as well."
He goes immediately to the winged boots, and tries to see if they will fit his feet. "If so, I'll take them! Also do you have a decanter of endlesss water?" 2
"I'd also like to see if you sell spellbooks," he says to Bolaz, quietly, moving his warhammer behind his back. "We made our way through the Trial just now -- do you create the crystal constructs in there? We had to take all four down."
(He's also interested in the javelin of lightning and the eversmoking bottle. He's still browsing in the enchanter's shop.)
"Oh Dog, if you like, you could have my old spellbook. Just cross my name out and write in yours... I've been using my spell shard. And since we've been practicing together, I was thinking about gifting it to you anyway... but if you want one of your own that you choose, then that's alright. We'll keep "Kid's Cool Guide to Conjuring" safe as a backup."

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
"Like I told your friend here," says Bolaz gruffly. "I can make a second one. It will take two days. A decanter I can make in 2 days as well and will cost....300 gold. I have regular spellbooks for 50 gold and an enduring spellbook for 75 gold."
"Forgive me, I misheard before. It's been a long day. I would like the headband if you can make one. Can we leave here and then teleport back to your business here in Taur in two days to pick up the things we have paid for, and then teleport back out? Will anything magical, religious, or legal prevent us from doing so?"
Dog buys the boots and if there is no issue with teleporting back in two days, he will buy the headband as well.
When Gash offers his old spellbook, Dog is pleasantly surprised. "Are you sure? That would mean a lot. How could I add spells of my own to it? How much room is there in it for new spells? Could... could you start teaching me how this works? When I do magic now it always seems so unplanned and uncertain. I'll never be near as good as you are but I would really like to learn more."
(OOC: I think Dog will be leveling up as an EK for level 6 and then go wizard for his next level after more practicing.)
So to sum up, Dog's bought the winged boots, the javelin of lightning, and then ordered the headband of intellect to pick up in 2 days. He walks outside the shop to grab a pebble from the ground to bring with them to make teleporting back there very easy.
He'll walk over to Fortune's Cauldron to see if they have any healing potions. At the Iron Horn he'll see if the blacksmith would like to buy his old mundane shield which he forgot to sell when he upgraded to his magical one: 6
While others are finishing their browsing, he'll mention that he's hungry and go order a bowl of Sark's vegetable soup at the Mountain Oasis, and try to observe the people. He'll attune to his boots and also, if there's time, will perform the 1-hour weapon bond ritual on the javelin (he's got the warhammer and the javelin bonded now).
Bolaz stops and stares at Dog as he talks. "No, sir. No. Teleporting into Taur is strictly forbidden. The punishment for such a crime is quite severe. I will not take your money if you intend to leave Taur and come back by any other method than the Trial or the official entrance portal."
"Thank you for the information, that's why I asked. Where is the official entrance portal? Could we simply arrive back outside the official entrance portal, and, having already passed through the Trial, simply enter Taur by walking through the portal to complete our transaction? Perhaps an arrangement could be made so we might do business."
Bolaz nods. "Yes, that would work out fine. You will leave Taur through the official entrance. As long as you respect the ways of Taur, you will have business here."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“Good to know. Glad you asked, Dog. Well keep working on your magical training. You’ll be great. Okay, I’ve decided. I will purchase the six scrolls, the headband, enough for three castings of find familiar and the brass brazier, just the regular one. But I may come back for that elemental one. And in return I will give you the gloves and 175 gold.”
(Rolled a 2 earlier when asking about magic scimitars) Stones asks “so, if it looks like we will make our way back here in a few days, how many of these coins must I part with to have two beautiful enchanted scimitars (+1) made?”
