Initiative order: Bulwark and Martin hooded figures Althus
As Bulwark and Martin press through the kitchen, they see two hooded figures standing in the hallway outside of the kitchen. They have deadly looking daggers drawn.
So I assume Tock took the damage? Can he use Uncanny Dodge against magic missiles?
His response would be to disengage from the fire elemental taking a few steps backwards and shooting Wand of Wonder at it. He's actually taking his whole movement and angles away from the door a bit so that Gash would not be in his line of sight any more.
Wand of Wonder roll: 34
An animal appears in the unoccupied space nearest the target. The animal isn't under your control and acts as it normally would. Roll a d100 to determine which animal appears. On a 01–25, a rhinoceros appears
And the animal roll: 10
A very confused rhinoceros appears at some place next to the fire elemental (either in the doorframe or inside the house I assume? :) )
I'm actually not sure if Gash has attacked yet - Dog's reaction was meant to happen as he started yelling, hoping that he could stop the attack (once I was allowed to see the spoiler text and caught up on what Dog would have seen). But totally up to DM on where we are with things!

Gash wants to launch a fireball toward the front door making sure I get the Rhino, I don't care about who else is caught in it. Also, I didn't roll init for Friend Jr. 13

Martin's first shot brings the hooded man down, where he bleeds copiously onto the fine rug in the hallway. His second shot misses entirely but his third strikes the other hooded figure, who appears to be a woman, causing a cry of pain. She retaliates by casting Command on Bulwark. "Flee," she says with urgency in her voice.
(Bulwark WIS(11) check: 2) The warforged feels the urgency in the woman's voice and turns to run as far away as he can.
Dog growls in frustration and pounces toward Gash, trying to grapple the goblin to put him in a headlock and cover his mouth. "We're trying to help you!"
(From what I can see, a grapple attack replaces one of the attacks you can make using the attack action, so Dog would like to first grapple to put Gash in the grappled condition, and then again to restrain him, specifically his mouth.)

Then Gash will do the fireball. He will try and get the rhino primarily. but depending on the layout try and get Dog and fake Nev as well, even if that means he has to take the fire damage as well.

The foyer is only 15' x 15', so counting the doorway where Tock is and the doorway where the mirror images are, everyone gets hit. Only Friend Jr. is unscathed.
The mirror images automatically disappear.

Dog rolls onto his back and Gash takes the brunt of the explosion. The rhino dodges behind the fire elemental, taking some damage but not all. Tock gets a direct hit from the explosion.

Tock actually backed off as far as he could from the door and fire elemental before using his wand. It should put him far enough away to not get caught in the explosion.

Althus looks in the direction of the explosion with concern in his eyes. He then moves forward, swinging his maul twice at the woman, hoping to knock her out nonlethally.

Althus lands both blows and the woman collapses to the ground, unconscious. Bulwark turns to run out of the kitchen into the backyard but only makes it across the room before the urgency leaves him and he stops his flight. Both robed figures have fallen but there are still sounds of scuffling coming from down the hall.

You'll have to reroll that on Gash's turn. Currently:
Gash blasted Tock with magic missile, then the elemental swiped at Tock twice.
Tock made a rhinoceros appear. It has initiative of: 14 and 38 HP.
The rhinoceros attacks Friend Jr. with a gore Attack: 12 Damage: 10 (miss!)
Friend Jr. attacks Tock as stated above for 7 hp from the previous attack.

Bulwark charges into the hallway, barely with enough room to swing his maul. Both hits land with a sick thud.
