Near where Martin aimed at the wall, and hopefully near where Tock made the sounds emanate, Dog casts silent image to make it seem like one very large giant rat is crawling down the wall toward the halfling and the group. It will slowly approach in a straightforward way, baring its fangs.
He tries not to smile at Tock’s approach to dealing with the poor hungover halfling. He also keeps Stitches in her pocket dimension and out of danger.
The halfling laughs nervously. "What? No." He looks at the others in the theater with him and sees Dog crack a slight smile. "Okay, who put you up to this? There's no way that Sussie could afford something like this. And Ferrinus doesn't have a humorous bone in his body. C'mon, who was it?"
Tock would like to ascertain if he in turn is being forthright (insight check: 19).
After a moments thought though he's going down another path.
"Sussie? Ferrinus? Wait, what's your name?"
"We were hired to scare a man out of a building for a surprise birthday party. It's not your birthday today, is it?"
He throws up his arms in frustration and turns to others, "Lets pack up."
Then back to the halfling, "What's the address here? Could it be that there is a similar-sounding street name in this city and we're now very late for our gig?"
"I'm Hargud," he says slowly. "Not my birthday, no. How...how did you get in here?" I'm certain...yes, I'm certain the place was locked up."
The halfling leaps to his feet and points at Tock dramatically. "You're from Ketra's company! That *****! This is a new low. I'll have the city watch on you so fast your heads will spin...if not roll!"
Hargud jumps down and runs in the opposite direction, down the aisles behind the luxury boxes and into the wings of the theater...
Tock nods to Dog and the door, "I believe this is our queue to go. Lets figure out which city we are in and then see what that ******* will organize for us."
The first noticeable thing about Delphendria, to one who has only just arrived via teleportation, is the overpowering scent of the sea. The second thing to notice is the sheer size of the city. Masa and Codo look like backwater villages in comparison to the immense size of Delphendria. Never before have Tock, Dog, Martin, and Gash seen so many people in one place.
Of course, they did not identify the name of the city right away. The sea air and the sheer size both seemed like promising clues they had reached the capital, but the city's signage pointed to the "Delphendria Docks" and the "Delphendria Square Markets", which gave away their location rather easily. They had traveled much farther than their previous trip, but they had yet to arrive in the capital...
Tock says, "Hey, guys, we just passed Delphendria Square Markets. Lets double back and do a quick run through and find something that definitely comes from Alcondria. Might even spread up. We might have to deal with the guard situation soon."
“I’ll be at the beach,” Martin says as he walks away. He immediately goes and scoops up a bunch of sand into a pouch, hopes that works and spends the rest of his time fishing with his pole of angling.
Dog shakes his head in wonderment at Martin’s fishing, notes where he is so he doesn’t forget, and casts disguise self so he looks like a tall human woman in fine merchants robes and a severe expression. He will suggest they go to the market and begin asking around for goods from the capital.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dog goes with Tock and the others if they join him to the market and begins haggling for items that were made in the capital. Here’s a vanilla d20 roll: 19
The Delphendria market square is mostly composed of food stalls, fishmongers, grocers, weavers, and trinkets for tourists to the bustling city. When inquiring about items specifically from Alciondria, they receive the following responses (sometimes more than once):
"This is Delphendria, not Alciondria."
"I think that three-masted ship hails from the capital."
"You should just go to Alciondria then."
"I'm pretty sure the silver in this bracelet passed through Alciondria."
"My wife made every one of these pies. Oh, yes, all made in Alciondria. No, we live here..."
"I was born in Alciondria. I'm not for sale, though. Ha!"
"These are better than you will find in Alciondria!"
Finally, the trio arrive at a stall with a laid back vendor selling "Imports".
"Oh, yes," he says. "I have a few things from the capital. They don't produce a lot of exotic goods, really. Ship-building, furniture, fine cloth and jewelry, instruments, stonecraft. Those are the industries of Alciondria. They don't even do much fishing there. Not like here in Delphendria. I do have a supplier who provides me with some pipes, flutes, and whistles from the capital. I don't go for the bigger instruments. Too expensive to import, although I can order something like that. Mainly I try to bring in goods from all over Alcion that are hard to come by here."
The vendor rummages through crates of his wares behind his table. He places a small, finely carved wooden flute in front of Tock. "A child's toy, really," he says. "But they have such a distinctive look that I find I can sell them once in a while. They are better for trading with some of my contacts in Kylkea. Anyways, these will cost you 8 silver. Steep, I know, but that's the import business for ya."
Roll deception! If someone RPs playing along with this gambit, it can be with advantage.
Martin lets an arrow fly at a wall.
”They’re coming out of the walls!”

Here is the map again for reference:
"We are sure to find something here that originates in Alcondria so that we can teleport there as well."
Tock will actively look for something like that.
Where will he start?
Tock says, "Hey, guys, we just passed Delphendria Square Markets. Lets double back and do a quick run through and find something that definitely comes from Alcondria. Might even spread up. We might have to deal with the guard situation soon."

(How many charges do we have on the helm?)
Tock slaps his forehead and also casts disguise self to turn into a very similar woman that Dog used.
One charge left on there helmet

Tock, having been teleported twice to the wrong location by something that SURELY is from Alciondria, would like to roll an insight check: 23
