Gash orders his zombies to attack the two two chimeras.

Slam Attack against male chimera: 20 Damage: 5

Slam Attack against male chimera: 9 Damage: 9

Slam Attack against female chimera: 19 Damage: 8

(These are rolled as +3 to attack, 1d6+1d4+1 to damage.)

And Gash uses his frost ray again, this time on the monstrosity.

Frost ray Attack: 16 Damage: 5

(Rolled as +8 to attack and 2d8+1d4 damage)

The monstrosity dodges the ray of frost and charges forward to (6) the zombie (Z2) next to Bulwark.

Bite Attack: 23 Damage: 22

 The monstrosity opens its mouth into a grotesque cavern, chomping down on the zombie and tearing off one of its arms, along with its shoulder and part of its chest, ribs and all. But the zombie stands, teetering and gurgles at the monstrosity in defiance.

The creatures swipes at it with sharp, webbed claws.

Claw Attack: 18 Damage: 18

The monstrosity's claws tear through the zombie's middle, spilling intestines all over the ground. The zombie falls, lifeless at the creature's feet.

Martin fires at the chimera twice with sharpshooter shots aimed at its beak.

he leaves the healing spirit where it is, healing for 6

Martin strikes the dragon head twice, once through the soft tissue of  its cheek and the other time through its nostril. The dragon head roars with a flash of flame towards the sky.

Tock takes a shot at the same thing Martin did:

Attack: 28 Damage: 24, additional 2 for attack roll from Bless.

Then says to Althus, "Cut the head off!", giving him advantage on his next attack against the chimera.

I cannot tell if you used advantage or not, but Tock could not find a place to hide last time.

Did not use advantage - looked at the map and didn't find a place to hide this time either.

The chimera is falling to the ground as the celestial burst of magic rips through its already dead body. Its mate gives an anguished cry as she sees him fall. Althus steps around Bulwark and swings at the monstrosity for his second attack, landing a hit on its ribs.

The javelin is still in the side of the monstrosity. Since the chimera just died, you can use your bonus action for something else if you want. Dog switches his attack to the monstrosity, stepping around the huge body of the fallen beast. His warhammer thuds against the creature's surprisingly tough hide, doing no damage. His second attack manages to crack a bone, however.

The chimera, enraged, charges at (8) Althus, allowing the zombie to attack.

Slam Attack: 20 Damage: 3

The chimera blasts Althus with its flame breath, catching Bulwark in the spray of fire as well.

DEX(15) checks:

Althus - 21+1

Bulwark - 22+3

 Althus takes 13 damage and Bulwark takes 15 damage.

The chimera then attacks with the goat head, butting at Althus with its horns.

Horn Attack: 19 Damage: 12

Finally it swipes at the paladin with its claws.

Claw Attack: 17 Damage: 10

(Gash and Bulwark are up!)

Here's the right map:

Gash recovers 6 HP.

Maul, meet chimera. Reckless attack.

Bulwark still in the mires of his rage, growls at Dog's words as he swings at the Chimera.

Both blows land, eliciting grunts and roars from the beast.

FYI - Gash and Martin are now outside of Althus' spell range. Has everyone been adding their radiant damage? Althus also needs to roll concentration checks.
