Gash will approach their parents, "Hello, its me Gregory again. Um, This feels kind of silly to be held hostage by a couple of children but they said they would let go of the horses in favor of some llamas. Now, I know you've told them no, but what if we not only take our fair share of horses off your hand but pay for the llamas? It would be a win-win-win, sure the lamas you dont want around but, with significantly less horses, there would be a lighter load for all of you."

When Mrs. Altham returns, Gash and Dog meet her in the hall, alongside her servant. Gash's suggestion provokes a thoughtful look from the aristocratic woman.
"I suppose I could persuade their father to buy a couple of llamas. If they are proposing only that, then you may tell them yes. If they want seven llamas for seven horses, then the answer is no. This is your negotiation now, Gregory."
“Okay. Okay. We go this in the bag, Dog.” Gash returns to the children. “Okay, it’s me Gregory again. I have brokered the deal. Your parents will sell us the horses we need. And they will buy you two llamas!”

“I’m sorry little ones but I believe you each get to pick your favorite one llama each. But it is a very good deal still. I mean we all love llamas and we know they are easily worth probably 3 or 4 horses each. I once saw a man trade a llama for 7 horses. It was a very extraordinary llama.”

"Four horses for two llamas?" Dog says, in a tone that makes clear to the older members of the group that there is no way he expected to be dealing with llama drama this morning.
Tock, who has been standing in the same place he last finished his speech, says "This is not about the numbers though, girls. Llamas are different from horses. It will take time to learn to care for them, to feed and groom them, to give them just enough of a run-around."
He once again starts pacing, "Like we discussed before - everything starts small. You can both observe your own llama first, learn what he or she likes, compare how you care for them and really become a good llama-owner. And you will also learn which kinds of llamas you like. Did you know that there are different colors of them?"
Dog is already seeking out Mrs. Altham to talk price, because that's something they haven't addressed. "Well, we've successfully managed to, in theory, convert four of your horses into two llamas. Can we take a look at the ones your daughters wish to sell? I'm hoping there's a big one in there for me. Is the going rate still 70 gold for a horse, and can you throw in some saddles and gear? And do you happen to have a carriage you'd like to sell? Also we're still in the market for more horses..." He tells her about the other two options and asks her advice on which would be the better bet to buy the remainder of what we're looking for.
To Dog's math, they have 750gp from Lord Camman. So even if they don't accept his attempt to get the 75gp horses for 70gp, that's 4 horses for 300gp, and hopefully a carriage for 100gp, meaning 250gp left for the remaining needs. Five people, not including Lucien, Nev, or Genny. So if Nev and Genny want to go in the carriage, that's one more riding horse, and then two draft horses to pull a carriage, which are cheaper than riding horses. They might actually be okay with these four horses if more people want to go in the carriage.

Dog nods to Gash. (OOC: was waiting for FeyTok/Keyrie to weigh in - Dog's game for anything!)
The girls giggle at Gash's trick with the toy horse and they giggle again when Dog begins making plans in a panic.
"Oh, don't worry about that," says the one on the right.
"Mama and papa have already said no," says the other.
"But if you can change their minds, we already have our favorites picked out," says the one on the right.
They look at each other and giggle again.

Seemed like it worked pretty well to me, but if I can help, Dog will happily try!

"Each?" the girls say in unison with big grins.
"Four new llamas for our five least favorite horses seems like a fair trade," the one in the left says.

Roll persuasion
Dog would like to help Tock in this persuasion attempt if he can!
Tock persuasion: 11. (If advantage then second roll would be: 4)
(OOC: boy aren't you glad Dog helped out with that advantage roll!)
The girls look at each other again, then turn back to Tock. "Okay," they say together.
"For every two horses we sell," says the one on the right."
"We will adopt one llama," says her sister.
