Dog will give FeyTok the healing potion regardless, and uses the last of the haste spell to run around very quickly and quietly to the doorways/corners of the rest of the room to search for anything interesting (are there doorways or is this just a room with a pool in the corner?). Once the spell wears off, he'll sink to the ground next to FeyTok and ask Bulwark and Stones, "is this the kind of place we could rest for a bit, now that we've felled the beasts in this room?"
“I hope so. That seemed to take almost everything out of us and that was just one room. If we take a short break I know a little ditty that will help our recovery. Plus, we can move forward with a plan.“
In the meantime, Stones will move to pick up his daggers and candle and put them away.
The pool room has 4 exits in total, including the way in from the green teleporter. To the east is a set of stairs going down and to the west is a door. North leads to a passage with at least one side passage off of it. It turns a corner further down, however, so Dog cannot see the length of it.
If we do the short rest, Stones will hum a little tune that sounds a lot like Enya’s Only Time and use his
Song of Rest:
If you or any friendly creatures who can hear your performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(My post didn't successfully publish, but it's mostly RP so maybe it can slot in before we see the minotaur come through?)
Dog would like to feed a couple healing potions to FeyTok, and say, "see, even when you get close to the brink, we're there and can pull you back. It's not your time yet, friend."
He groans as he gets up once his energy is back, and thanks Gash for the impressive new spell. "Imagine what being so fast for an even longer fight would be like!"
He goes to the pool and looks into it. "Anyone have theories of what's in here other than the two things we just fought?" He investigates as best he can to see if he can piece together any other purpose or salient facts about it. (Investigation: 19, advantage roll if someone else wants to help 21).
If he finds nothing, he'll start to look around the places they can't see.
(Sorry, that is too much to fit in before the creature arrives. I am tracking movements through the maze and it was only about 10 seconds from bursting in on you. That was enough time to explore the room but little else.)
Remembering that Bulwark standing next to him is still injured, Stones casts Heroism on him giving him a temporary health boost. He then adds ”Cry havok! And take down this charging bull!” and inspires him.
For 10 minutes, 1d8 can be added to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.

Feytok heals 5 HP.
In answer to Dog's question another Crystal Minotaur bellows in the near distance.

"A short break would be ideal. Let's at least try and sit for a bit."
If we are able to have our short rest, I'll use Arcane Recovery to regain a level 3 spell slot.

(What's the room with the pool look like? Just the square, or does it extend/have doorways?)

Sorry, no short rest. Stay tuned....
Gotcha
Just as the group is catching their breath and trying to find a moment of peace, a second crystal minotaur walks up the steps to the East.
Initiative:
Gash, Stones, Bulwark, and Tock may go in any order.
Then the Crystal Minotaur.
Then Dog and Feytok.

Tock will move to 47 and take a shot at the thing assuming no sneak attack:
Attack: 22 Damage: 12
"Bulwark, try to take it's head off!"
(Bulwark, your next attack roll against the thingie is with advantage!)
Gash casts enlarge/reduce on Bulwak
”MAKE MY MONSTER GROW!”

Dog is still inspired if he didn’t use it yet.
Tock's bolt strikes the creature squarely in the chest, eliciting a roar in response.
Bulwark grows to be more than 15' tall! He also gains 6 temporary HP each round for the next 10 rounds.
(Bulwark is up next!)
and an extra 1d4 to damage ^__^

26 to hit, 6 + 11.
(Oh whoops that damage is totally wrong
6 add to the 8, change 17 to 3 )
(...and I reroll 1s and 2s
6)
