The Shadow Squad are able to maneuver through the house efficiently. Once they get to the exit, they can see it's sunny outside and realize they'll need to wait until dusk before they can leave.
Urgog grunts and looks at Baelar and the orc. "Money is not my main concern actually. I was just in this house near here with my friend and we came across another group already there. We joined up and moved on through the house. The house picked my party off one at a time until I am the only one to have made it out alive. " He pauses as he looks at Ismark, "If you can replenish my supplies and provide me with a good warhammer, I will take your mission."
"You mean Durst Manor? There have been tales of it being haunted by cultists that worshiped Strahd. We've tried burning the house down to prevent people from entering, but the house rebuilds itself over time. There's nothing we can do to barricade it." Ismark takes a sip of his wine. "Sorry to hear about the tragedy of your friends, this land is truly cursed. Sadly, I don't own a Warhammer. Bildrath's Mercentile is the only shop in the village, but he doesn't have weapons for sell as far as I know. You'll be able to acquire new equipment in Vallaki."
"Are you looking for someone to accompany you, Bugbear? I'd be happy to join you. And I don't think I've quite learned your name yet." Thademar says confidently.
"I'll accompany you lads until you're ready to venture to Vallaki with my sister." Ismark hands the appropriate amount of copper pieces to the barmaid to pay for the wine. Ismark looks between Nixus and Thademar. "Tell me a bit about yourselves won'cha?" Ismark asks curiously, as they haven't spoken much or introduced themselves.
"Well I am a cleric warrior of the god, Kraid, I uh, mean Kord. I came here after accepting an invitation from a strange person. I am determined to prove my strength to my god by saving those in need and by taking on strong enemies. The more might I show the more blessings Kraid bestows upon me."
"You mean Kord?" Ismark says jokingly, as Thademar mentioned Kraid again. "Priesthood is something we're definitely lacking around here. Donavich, a priest that helms the church on top of the hill, hasn't quite recovered from the last time a group of adventurers attempted to storm Castle Ravenloft. His son was murdered in the assault. Donavich carries the guilt with him and it's driving him under."
"I agree. It would be delightful to see this forlorn village escape the clutches of evil. Even the holiest of men are losing faith." Ismark says wistfully, keeping his eyes locked on the table for a moment. He looks back up to Thademar. "I haven't heard your name yet." He says to Thademar, and then he glances to Nixus. "How about you? Are you also a priest?"
Nixus sits upwards and lets out a long stretch before reciting his journey.
"Not quite a priest. The name's Baelar. I've come from a distant land named Eberron. Things were quite different there. I was a soldier until one day while I was out scouting for the enemy I wanderede into a mysterious wall of fog. Next thing I know I'm here, with no way to get out. That was about a month ago. I had an unfortunate meeting with the one you all call Strahd, and he nearly ended my life."

"Sorry to hear that you were taken from your homeland." Ismark adds, after finishing his last glass of wine. "I think we've drank enough. We should get going before it gets late." Ismark stands up, tossing another copper piece to the barmaid. "My house is at the other end of the village. You lot wanted to stop by Bildrath's Mercantile right? His gear is quite pricy, monopolizing the village."
The Shadow of Kestrell assaults Elisabeth, and depletes her strength even more.
The other Shadows will follow suit, and they all engage in striking Elisabeth down.
The Shadow of Kestrell, along with the other five Shadows, have slain Elisabeth & Gustav Durst.

(OOC): Shadows cannot communicate, but they're simple-minded creatures.
Kestrell's Shadow gets the sense these other shadows are willing to accompany him, as they do not wish to dwell in this dungeon for eternity.

Kestrell's Shadow begins making it's way towards where it thinks the stairs are, not knowing much, but wanting to get out of this basement and house.
