Eurim stumbles over to Ruki and briefly cradles the goblin's head, checking for the extent of injury. His concern is evident in his actions, though his face remains a relative mask of anger.
Melisena kneels down to the barely conscious Ruki and says a prayer to the Goddess (Cure Wounds10 ) Ruki opens his eyes and smiles a hideous goblin grin of joy.
"Well," she says, "So far Keestake hasn't lied to us. Here are the King and Queen. He said there would be a boat, and it is the custom in many of these islands to bury nobles with a ship and goods for the afterlife."
"I wonder if he knew of his King's 'condition'...", Denethir muses aloud. "No matter, are we all fit to continue?", he says looking towards Eurim and his goblin ward.
Eurim holds Melisana's eye. He doesn't say anything, but even his tough, hard face can't hide a brief expression of gratitude. A little ashamed, Eurim hauls Ruki to (it's?) feet.
"Boss," Ruki says, "This guy's armor. No rust. 60 years, no rust. Mace, too. Crown, its gold! Treasure! The old boys would never find this, not even captain smart enough."
OCC: Just need to find the boat, and don't forget about the loot :)
"A moment, friend." Eurim carefully undoes the glittering armor and removes whatever striking "loot" crosses his eye. With Ruki's help, he makes relatively short work of it. The weapons and armor feel well made, if not outright magical, not that Eurim could much tell the difference.
The brick lined passageway (10' wide) to the north has not been used in many years, based on the cobwebs, as it proceeds northwest, descending slightly as it goes. After 140 ft, it turns to the west and dead ends. I lever on the right hand wall is connected to a pulley system.
"Allow me." Grasping his coin in one hand, Denethir mutters an incantation, causing a spectral form of his other hand to extend towards the lever. Performing the action with his own hand, the spectral copy pulls the lever.
You find yourself in a storage area, boxes are stacked to your left hand side for 40 ft. Looking around, you find you have found the secret entrance from the backside at K23 (Map).
Denethir slowly creeps past the boxes, then pauses as a look of confusion, then realisation crosses his face. "I don't believe this... we've travelled in a rather elaborate circle."
Jamming the door open, you search for the opening mechanism, sure there must be one, but are unable to find.
Back tracking into the tunnel and into the main room, you take the time to search the King and Queen's tombs, but find nothing else of interesting. Before the Queen's tomb is another crudely carved grave marker.
Queen Liala Laid Low by Pirates Rests Beside the Sea King
On the brick wall is mounted a tarnished and encrusted, bronze plate.
Here lies Prince Horedel Brought Down by Illness In the Twentieth Year of Viledel's Reign
Denethir spies the bronze plate on the wall and strokes his goatee while he thinks out loud. "Should we be worried that the prince has not hastened to welcome his guests yet?"
The half-elf examines what he presumes is the Prince's empty stone slab, for any signs of why it lies empty.

I'll say I'm 30 ft away from the lever.
The westward wall swings open, revealing a dark room beyond.

"Best to shut it quick, then - the gobs might still be about. We'll double back and see what else is down here."
Eurim begins to backtrack the way they came, looking to explore the nearest unopened door.
(Also, do we have deets on the new loot from King and Queen? or just that they are magical, for now.)
Denethir attempts to discover what mechanism would have opened the door from this side, and closes the door if he can.

"Probably. Ruki, keep lookout."
(Trying to make sense of the maps - are we out of areas to explore as of yet?)
Just to claify, the plate is attacted to the brick wall at G15, making that section a walled off tomb.

OOC - G15? Isn't that near the entrance, and nowhere near a wall? Do you mean something like s15?
