I am more worried about the things nobody has, and figuring it out before we wish we did. I said my tinderbox example because I skipped it for a particular and stupid reason. Which is funny to me. I have a crowbar - anyone got a shovel? I reckon Master Mixum has every tool known to Thoth, or can build it. I have extra sacks if we happen on the piles of gems Slate had in mind, and oil for burning stuff, and soap to keep my horns shiny. But my Noble Steed "Loveseat" seems none to heavy in the horseshoes so I must be missing some optimal items.

our character sheets are shared. I hope you don't consider it spying that we can see the obvious equipment on each others' person. "dude shoot it with your crossbow" seems like a normal thing someone might say to someone who obviously has a crossbow. And it includes info we would know about each other, like Red is a weakling. And red.

I am perfectly good with reading character sheets cause I agree that helps with a lot of quicker RP and like you said helps us use the group to it’s best ability
Her reply to Red was very straight-laced and straightforward. However, when Lancel laughs and agrees, she shoots a quick, uncertain, small smile towards him before turning back to poke the fire.

As everyone settles in for the night around the fire, a sudden realization occurs to most of you that you must be suffering the fatigue of the day as you are struggling to recall memories. At first it starts from your conversations reminiscing about each other's childhood and the stories that would relate. However, it would seem Slate realizes he can't even recall leaving the town of Canheim. Vague recollections of being on the road and conversations, but the ride out of Canheim to where you are at here seems to be completely lost to Slate. The unsettling feeling that something unnatural has occurred resonates with each of you.
Something strange happened, but I feel already a clarity has returned in my thoughts.

Powerful magic is at work, but to affect an entire group?
Mixum Upgood
This has the signature of a Modify Memoryspell, though with additional components to affect an entire group.
Nyaris Ellenlith
This has the signature of a Modify Memoryspell, though you know it must be somehow a more powerful version to affect your entire group at once.
Redemption Malxis
This has the signature of a Modify Memoryspell, but with a group effect somehow added to it's effects.
Slate Ironhand
(Natural twenties mean automatic success unless impossible to achieve)
You can not recall leaving Canheim, although you do recall conversations you had once you were on the road and now in the camp. You stare blankly at the group who seems to be looking around confused as you are and you suspect something magical such as a Modify Memoryspell.

Where there is mystery,it is generally suspected there must also be evil.
Delilah looks around, just slightly confused for a moment, before seeming to relax again."Not sure what just happened, but I just felt a bit... dizzy for a second. I think it's getting about time for me to conk out." She gives a pretty wide stretch of her arms and legs, yawning as she approaches the final words of her sentence.
Im going to retire for the night as well, someone wake me when it is time for my watch. I thank Ilmater that we are all together again. See you all in the morning.
Lancel will roll out his bedroll, spend a few minutes in prayer and lie down. He sleeps on his side, back to the fire, with his shield and pack used like a pillow and his spear and hammer in front of him, ready to grab them should the need arise.
Whispers to Delilah [because I presume two women would be more likely to lay out their bedrolls side by side.]"That is unusual. I'm going to take a quick look around. Keep your sword ready until I return."
Nyaris will grab her bow and try to sneak out of the camp to do a stealthy perimeter search in about a 90' radius. She is looking for whoever might have cast the spell or if there are any tracks, signs, clues, etc.
Slate would rub his eyes and stand up.. looking to his companions with an expression of confusion. "I... Cannot remember leaving town... I.. I remember some of the discussions we had throught the day but... the journey itself is gone...." The muscular dark haired dwarf would lock eyes with Red at the mention of a modify memory spell. "I think yer right! I heard Arkalis mention a spell like this to me once!" Slate would say as he runs his hands through his hair trying to recall the memories that seem to be missing.
"I concur. Something has affected us. We should check if there has been something in the camp, it if anything is missing." He notices that Nyaris is searching for signs outside of the camp.
I stand and look around using the previous perception check to sense anything. I ready my shield and hammer in case things are about to get serious. I also kick some dirt on the fire to keep the flames low. Having dark vision I can see without the light, but I know other can not. I place myself on the side of the fire opposite Slate, back to the flames, so that if an attack comes, one of us can be in position to rush towards the enemy regardless of the direction.
I will now wait in a ready stance for either my own perception or word from Nyaris
Hearing from everyone but Delilah so far, seems like we're staying not running. If I have a chance before she's out of hearing or 60' away I grant inspiration to Nyaris (add 1d6 to any 1 save check or attack after rolling but before results within next 10 minutes) by singing some lines of Fred Bear.
Then make sure D is aware, and join dwarfs facing out from the fire. Flute for casting focus at the ready.
All but Delilah have darkvision. I'll guide if she needs it. If she or anyone isn't reacting as they say above I stand by them and call those who are awake over.
"This is a frustrating turn of events. So we're likely under assault from a magical enemy - we do not know where or who they are."Delilah does seem to be shaking off the last vestiges of tiredness as she says this, practically shaking herself awake as she stands up. While she speaks, she draws her rapier, taking position with her back turned to the fire. "We should be able to notice if anybody approaches the camp now. Be careful going out alone, Nyaris! We can't afford to lose you if they attack while you're alone. Call for help the second you're in danger!" Delilah begins going over her memories of the day in her head, looking for anything that seems contradictory to her own memories or to Red's song of his.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Slate would draw his flail and shield before looking around for threats while trying to keep his companions within his line of sight. (Perception 18). While looking around, The dark haired dwarf would spit on the ground and yell out "Go on and show yerself! I'll let ya live if ya gimme a good reason for wiping me memory!" Slate would shout.
Mixum gathers up his shield and hand x-bow as Slate bellows into the darkness. I wonder if this happened because of the place we are in rather than somebody doing this to us.. he thinks back to Captain Darkshadow's story about the Forever Forest. What if this forest is haunted? He feels a chill run down his spine.

I carry a t-t-tin-derbox and a mess kit. 3 days rations in my p-p-pack. I'm also carrying 2 t-tor-torches, even though I see in the dark very well.

OK WAIT! BEFORE YOU SLEEP! There a spell affecting us. Modify Memory or something like it! On all of us!
Thaumaturgy to get REALLY LOUD if I need to wake folks, and splashing water from my waterskin in desperation
Who else feels it? Can we get out of the area?
