She has a real good look around them, "Ok, do your.. hard to notice us, thing.. and you guys follow me. We need information."
Sam nods, then closes her eyes. Almost immediately, a kind of black mist seems to rise from her. Another instant later, the three begin to fade from sight. As Whispers and Ilia look at Sam, the other, and themselves, they quickly become almost entirely transparent. Because they know where the other is, they can see the effect isn't 100% accurate, but it's pretty darn good. "OK," Sam says. "I'm bending light around us. As long as we don't bump into anyone or make too much noise, we should be good. But you have to stay close to me," she warns quickly. "No more than 30 feet away."
OOC2: Sam doesn't loot. If she saw something like a bomb or anything which would indicate a bigger problem, she might take that.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Whispers looks down at herself as that happens, "Cool."
Because the second floor is much less busy and probably generally quieter she's taking extra care moving around. She goes to the doors, listens for anything first, then very gently tries the handle just to see if it's locked or not.

Whispers brings her head closer to each of the doors. One of the doors have sounds behind it. It sounds like two people are "doing it" in the room beyond. Another door doesn't have any sounds that Whispers can pick up coming from behind it. She checks and sees the door is unlocked. She didn't open it though. The third door she tried is actually already open and it leads the bathroom. This bathroom is a lot larger than the one on the second floor. Surprisingly, it doesn't have any illegal drugs, just normal over-the-counter drugs. The final door however, sounds like two people are having a conversation on the other side. Though the words, being muffled by the closed door combined with the loud party music, is really hard to make out. Roll Perception to try and make out the conversation.
Archon really does not feel comfortable here. She's in the midst of all this stuff and in way over her head, and she doesn't know what to do. She'll follow the others, but won't really do anything on her own.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Whispers frowns, figuring that whoever is behind the door could be interesting to spy on but isn't getting anywhere with just listening. First she steps away from the door and down the hall a little bit, taking Sam and Ilia with her. Then she focuses and uses detect thoughts which will allow her to detect the minds beyond the door and then read their surface thoughts.

You can also use this spell to detect the presence of thinking creatures you can't see. When you cast the spell or as your action during the duration, you can search for thoughts within 30 feet of you. The spell can penetrate barriers, but 2 feet of rock, 2 inches of any metal other than lead, or a thin sheet of lead blocks you. You can't detect a creature with an Intelligence of 3 or lower or one that doesn't speak any language.
Once you detect the presence of a creature in this way, you can read its thoughts for the rest of the duration as described above, even if you can't see it, but it must still be within range.

(Oh right. I should just read spell descriptions properly rather than relying on tooltips.)
Whispers, you successfully detect the thoughts of the people on the other side of the door.
Thoughts:
A: So, you have the cash? B: Yeah. Here it is. A: Heh! I didn't think you'd actually pay up. B: I told you, I cleaned up my act! A:Weird choice of words considering you buy the goods off me to sell to your classmates. B:Whatever. Things should be smooth sailing from here. A: It had better. Fat Tony doesn't like bad business partners. B: No worries there. So, how soon can you get the next shipment? A: It's coming. B: Remember, I want a kilo of White Haze and another kilo of Razorwire A: That seems like a bit much. You sure you'd be able to sell the stuff properly? It took you pretty long to sell all the White Haze you bought last time. B: Trust me, I got this! A: Well it's your funeral. Expect the shipment next Tuesday.
Whispers raises an eyebrow as she listens to the thoughts, flipping between the two individuals repeatedly. She was hoping to pick up a name of a person or a location.
She looks back to Sam and Ilia to speak very quietly, "Two guys.. dealers or dealer/supplier.. in there." she thumbs toward the closed door, "We could hide and follow if they leave maybe. If you are interested." she leaves this part up to them since they clearly look like they don't actually want to be here.

Also, Whispers has the option to continue listening to the thoughts in case more information drops. To make DMing easier on me, should you choose to listen to the thoughts more, let me know what kind of information you're looking for exactly so I can respond accordingly and not waste anyone's time.
Whispers nods then suggests, "Not here though. Tight confines, drunk kids.."
She was listening for identifying information, a name for one of them or of one of the locations mentioned. If they were talking about it there's a good chance one or both thought of the name.

OOC: Well, there's weapons and drugs but nothing any worse than that. There is gasoline in the garage but that's just the emergency fuel for the bike.
Whispers looks down at herself as that happens, "Cool."

Whispers is attempting to first determine if anyone is actually on the second floor and which doors are locked.

Whispers, the music is too loud and the voices are too muffled behind the door. You are unable to make out what is being said.

Whispers, I would like to remind you that Detect Thoughts requires Sight. The closed door prevents sight.
Usually yes.. however...

Sam looks at Ilia and back to Whispers. "I'd love to get some dealers off the street. You don't think we should just take them out here and now?"
Whispers shrugs, "Information is power."

So... what exactly are you guys going to do?
