If I can get close enough I could make the ground shake and it sound like the rocks were breaking. It might fool them. Problem is it’ll be loud and anyone inside will hear us coming.
I guess no one will listen to the wizard of the group.... Soron sends Odinn up into the air to get the general idea of where the goblins are, he then puts a hand over his mouth points towards one of the goblins and casts Message .
Soron tells one of the goblins that if he kills the other one he will get a reward. If that doesn't work he will continue to cast message and try to make them go mad. (Soron makes a weird voice trying to imitate a demon) and Odinn comes back before he is seen
Soron will continue to mess with the goblins until someone stops him or until the goblins do something about the voice in their had
Soron, you cast message several times, promising riches and power to one of the goblins. It doesn't reply and it doesn't take any action, but seems to be listening. Make a Deception check at disadvantage.
Soron, you continue to whisper your words into the ears of the goblin. For a long time, it doesn't appear to be working.
Then you all hear a loud noise, a thud as a weapon strikes against armour. This is quickly followed by a screech of anger, and very obvious sounds of fighting.
Attack: 15 Damage: 5
Attack: 15 Damage: 8
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Attack: 21 Damage: 5
The sound of fighting ends. Soron, you can see though Odinn's eyes that the victorious goblin is not the one you were speaking to; the other is a bloody mess of pulp on the grass. The surviving goblin is staring at the other in confusion, and clutching a serious wound in its side.
As soon as the fighting ends between the 2 goblins, I cast fire bolt, as it gathers in my hand as my eyes start glowing and I thrust it forward at the goblin.
That's an attack at advantage because the goblin can't see you, but at disadvantage because you can't see it, so they cancel each other out.
Kylara, the fire bolt streaks through the air, curving impressively around the bush and hitting its intended target. You hear a screech, and then a soft thud.
Soron, you saw the flaming ball hit through Odinn's eyes, and saw the goblin's corpse fall on top of the other. There is no sign of any other enemy nearby.
(Do we proceed in the order as previously stated?)
1. X
2. Steinarr
3. Kylara
4. Demetrio
5. Soron
Can I also recommend that when Soron is blind AND deaf due to using Odinn's view, he is not the last in the party in case we are attacked from behind? To be something like this
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Steinarr and Kylara, together you find 12 silver and 14 copper pieces on the two dead goblins. As with the goblins at the ambush site, their equipment - swords and armour - is serviceable but old and worn, and it's unlikely anyone in town would pay for them.
After we move the bodies into the brush, Kylara tells the group, I don't think anyone saw us take out these goblins, we should hurry and continue on into the cave in case there is a guard change.

Steinarr braces to see what happens

Ok, so my plan worked ... the path seems to be clear now we should get going.

Well done guys that worked better than I expected!! Who wants to go first?
Steinarr gestures towards the cave mouth
(OOC X was second, steinarr was first)
Is this the marching order as you enter the cave?
1. Steinarr
2. X
3. Demetrio
4. Soron
5. Kylara
Is there anything you want to do before entering the cave?
Yes lets stick to that order. Before we enter Steinarr would like to search the bodies.
Investigation or Perception?
(OOC: Perception, please.)
6Steinarr checks the bodies before heading to the cave mouth.
Kylara helps to search the bodies, and also to move them into the bushes

(ooc so if they were to share , that would mean 9 copper each (4 left) and Kylara and Steinarr get 2 more each, right? (3*9 + 2*11))
