Yeah, if we do discord someone could program a server to work for it. For character sheets we should have all of the info like

(name:)

(scores:)

(.ect)

I agree with Jabthar, I think we should do this in PbP. I've found  discord games to sometimes be a bit too fast paced, resulting in me not even knowing what's going on after a long absence.

Also, to save Jabthar from having to keep track of and roleplay all those ghosts, the book suggests that other players could roleplay each other's ghosts. For example, player 1 role plays player 2's ghost, player 2 role plays player 3's ghost, and player 3 role plays player 1's ghost.

You do realize with only the new dndestiny classes and races available we could never actually play. That’s why we at least can’t make a character on here, we can role play but we can’t use the character builder

Also, we could definitely play, we could just use another character builder, or a form fillable sheet. Just because we can't use the DDB builder doesn't mean we can't play.

SO! I finally have a moment to breathe today, so let's see if we can get this started! From what I can gather from the posts, we have three people who are interested. If you would like to give this a shot, follow the link below to our game page and we will get started. I will wait to post any introductory material until a few hours from now, to give everyone a chance to put in a post and to start receiving notifications from the new thread. From what I have read so far, it seems like everybody is more in favor of a story-based sandbox, where survival and more gritty, "real" kind of storytelling reign supreme. This means that we will be starting at the moment your ghosts first resurrect you - no memories, no starting equipment. I have most of an environment prepared for you to explore and loot - enough to let you all begin to build something lasting. I will give you a few story leads, but ultimately it is up to you to move and to shape the system. I will do my best to let the world unfold according to the lines Bungie set down, but also to let things react to your actions. Consider this an alternate timeline. The setting will be almost immediately after the collapse - you all will be one of the newly Risen, those first resurrected by the Traveler's ghosts...

Your first post should tell us your name (or the one you plan to choose for yourself, when the time comes), and your race (no subrace, and no proficiencies beyond whatever you get from your general race). No other information will be necessary, though PM me if you want to incorporate special lore connections from the Golden Age or older. For my own sake, I will be limiting the races to Human, Awoken, and Exo. If it becomes burdensome, I will ask the players to rp each other's ghosts, but if we only have a group of three, I think I can manage.
