"Oh, I know this one!" Iroona exclaims, pushing past Von. She confidently pulls on the hammer...

Edit 2: Poisoned, eh? Le sigh. How long?

Yeah a 15 foot cone of a sort of greenish cloud sprays out of the statues now open mouth encompassing at least Vonman and Iroona.

Iroona immediately starts to wretch on the ground in very un-lady like ways as she is now poisoned until y'all take a short rest or someone has a way to remove the condition.

Anyone else who may have decided to run up to the statue with Vonman and Iroona also please feel free to make a DC 12 CON save :)

It appears that Rowena, Iroona, and Vonman all passed on the coins - but I think Vonman took the +1 rapier?

OOC: Ok so am I good to load up on all this coinage then? Would I hear the commotion coming from Iroona down the hall?

I would imagine you'd hear something from outside the room where the others headed off to.

and AFAIK the coins are all yours unless anyone else says something.

Ok so just poor Iroona is poisoned then :)

Sir Aldon has no method of curing Iroona, but seeing her in this condition, he holds her hair back while she vomits on the floor.

Iroona sways, "I don't feel so goo—" and vomits on the statue, falling to her hands and knees as Sir Aldon sweeps her hair back.

OOC > Did pulling the hammer do anything?

Slate

Slate scoops up the coinage and the potion of climbing and begins adding them to her sack. They were heavy, but the untamed storm makes all who bare it strong. She then carried her now very jingly backpack out and into the hallway they just came from and seeing Iroona sicking herself and Ser Aldon holding her hair she approached. "What in Talos name happened, I thought you said you were uninjured in the fight?" she knelt down beside Iroona, sliding her pack down onto the floor beside her. "Did they poison you?"

Rowena smiles at Slate, "yeah I gave her an apple, who would have thought she was allergic, tragic that! I hear tale though true love's kiss can cure that type of thing."

(OOC - no the hammer did not move - the only thing the statue did was belch a poisonous cloud out at y'all)

Can I get some perception checks from anyone who wants to :)

Iroona sits back, woozily. She smiles up at Slate, then looks at Rowena, "I know that story! No, it was just me," she dry heaves, "Just a trapped statue..." She kind of crawls a little way down the hallway, away from the statue.

Then she puts her head between her knees and incants a few words (she casts Lesser Restoration). A glow spreads over her, and when it is done, she looks up. She looks much better.

"Okay, that was silly of me." She stands up, leaning on Slate. "I'll be okay now, it was just foolishness on my part. Someone should look that thing over, make sure nothing else untoward will happen. I was sure pulling the hammer would open a secret door."

And then, still wobbly, she says, "I could use a little rest, mind you, if we get the chance."

OOC > Only to recover spell slots, a short rest will do eventually, warlocks ftw!

Conveniently you did just evict a certain Ogre from their living quarters.....and by evict I mean killed

Slate

Slate helps to stabilize Iroona, "We could rest in there, if you don't mind the smell?" she says nodding her head towards Ulfie's quarters. She then leans in a bit to whisper to Iroona, "Your command of the divine magicks is most impressive" she then smiles at her with a big white toothy grin.

“I can keep going for a bit... unless, is anyone injured?” Iroona looks around the party for anyone in need of healing.

OOC > I’m not quite up to speed what with my recent trip, I don’t remember is anyone is injured.

OOC: It looks like Vonman and Rowena when I look through the characters in the campaign, unless those sheets haven't been updated.
