"That's terrible! She's not heard from her parents since then? Was it just the three of them?" Ally gets a little misty eyed thinking of family never to be seen again.
Sappho furrows her brow as she stairs at the floor before adding,"I understand why Sybil needs closure. I know I would. What if it isn't that simple though? What if there is some creature manipulating Sybil's dreams and stealing the missing people?" She looks up at Telyma looking for answers that she cannot receive. Her face reads worry, but her eyes are full of curiosity.
Farkur's face becomes more and more alarmed as the story progresses. When Telyma finishes the story so bluntly and flippantly, his mouth actually gapes for a few seconds. At Ally's words and emotional reaction, Farkur's face softens, but he decides to just listen, rather than speak.
Rawley doesn't show that he heard the first part about him not being so bad and keeps fiddling with the clock with back turned to the room. He pockets the potion for safekeeping and adjusts the clock to be in sync with his biological timekeeper.
Sappho looks around at the others and then returns her gave to Telyma,"Well I'm definitely interested in the possibility of the creature still being there. I'd be more than happy to help Sybil gain some closure." She smiles at Telyma sincerely.
Chazrael nods. "I am interested as well. I always enjoy fighting a strange creature. I say we investigate the scarecrow first and burn it just to be safe."

"Excuse me Telyma, is the trauma that you are referring to the vision that she had?" Ally looks again at the painting with the scarecrow. She couldn't imagine why Sybil would have a painting like that in the house, given the constant turmoil she was in. "That painting.." she points to it, "does it have any meaning for Sybil? It seems a bit.." she wrinkles her nose, "odd."
Ally smiles politely at the information. "How very interesting, I can tell it is a very fine work of art. Who is the friend that painted it? You must be so lucky to have such friends."
Rawley walks around the room as the others speak and tries to peek into the room(s) next to it and out the windows. He's wondering where Sybil was before and where she went again. It's not like it's a huge house..

Rawley says, "Sure, gets us out of the town for a day or two, sounds good.
By the way, your clock is off. You don't mind if I adjust it, do you?" (and does so, removing the bottle and adjusting the clock if Telyma allows it)

Farkur swallows. "Sh ... sure!" he croaks. "Let's ... let's go," he says, his voice dying away.

Chazrael jolts at Ally's question about the painting before glancing at the letters and waits for Sybil's response.

Sappho looks around at the others, confused.
"Am I the only one who?" She asks as she points to the painting.
Ally smiles politely at the information. "How very interesting, I can tell it is a very fine work of art. Who is the friend that painted it? You must be so lucky to have such friends."
